Junk! Constantly losing its connection, entirely! It's a losing battle trying to install it. Afterb3 days of trying, I had finally gotten it to add it again, but it was offline & forced me to try to reinstall it. I've tried COUNTLESS times & it still won't work! I even made a new account & nothing worked. I wouldn't recommend your products to anyone!

Continuously crashing. No easy way to get support. I mean this thing will set you crazy. Been using these for a few years now. No keeping up with any of the other cameras. Never a quick fix. Hopefully someone important sees this and will make a few changes to try to satisfy customers.

I use to love this app, but ever since the upgrade the camera motion controls ↕️ do not appear. Whats up with that!? They work on the baby monitor. But sometimes I'm outside and want to check in on the kids playing and only have my phone Or when we are out the house. Also keep getting Connection Error on 1 camera out of three. All on the same home network. Would like to put in a request, kindly add back camera motion controls into the app. Thank you.

We have been using this app for over a year, mostly it has been great, allowing us to check our camera from wherever we are (in the world). It does have a little time delay but nothing that causes us any issue. However over the last few days the app could not connect to the camera. After re-pairing the camera we had it working again however it seems to now be down again which is frustrating. I am unsure if this problem has been as a result of the most recent update?

Turned into a rogue app after an update. Started to drain the battery extremely fast on my (coincidentally) Motorola phone, even if I wasn't in the app. Went to bed at 100% charge, woke with 3%. Had to uninstall which was also extremely difficult, kept crashing the phone & just won't go away. Update~ turned itself into a system app and now can't delete it. Disabled one touch streaming in settings as advised & still drains power

I just bought this camera and trying it out and so far it is good. I have to try out the night Vision and see if that works just as well. the only thing is that video lags. It could be the internet connection but I doubt it. I will have to trouble shoot it. Also, I have to see how long the battery lasts on a full charge. The manual and box it came in, states 3 months on a single charge. So, for now, I give you 3 stars and if I see that it improves, I will re-evaluate my rating for this camera.

It's so slow and GLITCHY. Half the time it disconnects from the camera just out of the blue. It's very slow to load the camera feed. There's a delay in notifications as well. All of a sudden, my phone will get 10 notifications in a row from the past 10 minutes. It's extremely annoying. As much as I paid for the camera, this app should be flawless. Next time I'll buy a Nest camera.

Tea

Works with some disconnections. The wifi tends to disconnect but when is connected, the image looks great and it has a wide range so a close up is possible. I don't think the speaker works though via the app. Overall I had mine for over 7 years and the app and camera still works. You go need a SD card to expand the capacity to storage.
