A Google user
Basic functionality works well but seems to be a glitch with the outputs. You can programme them fully via a PC then operate them and they work fine, eg: will bring lights on for 5 mins or latch. But when you trigger the same output from the app it will only frip for 1 second. I have asked Came technical support to look into it for me as I assumed it was me doing something wrong, but they confirmed that there is an issue as they couldn't get it to work either.

Downloaded to my car android unit but you can’t see the login button at the bottom of the login screen. Tried all work around I can find but nothing works. Great app on my phone but need it to work on my car unit to be safe when driving. Any help please ?

This is the one the worst apps I've used ever!!! Developers, pls DO FIX this! Each few times it refuses to work with mobile internet, constantly get me logged out. I've checked my mobile i-net, it works smoothly, app is updated, phone software also up to date, device Samsung s22. Tried phone restart, didn't help. Tried to use this app from iphone, basically the same stuff happening there. Using this application is like a roulette, you never know when it will log you out and refuse to login again

Really basic tech. App only allows you to open and close the gate. Need to email gate installer any time you have a "scenario" for them to manually change timings. No logs, no proximity opening.

Does not currently work and hasn't worked for days. CAME aren't overly transparent over the issue or clear about a resolution. Given the app is critical, we now have to leave the gate open permanently rendering the CAME automation pointless. This is a material failure of the equipment.

I need it to open automatic gates, why on earth would I share all my contacts and location with you? And if I don't want to do it the app just closes. Way out of line. The app can work well but the amount of personal data it wants a mandatory access to is insane to me.

This app asks you for access to contacts when it has no need for contacts as far as I can tell. I don't know what other permissions it needs to run because it refuses to continue when you don't give access to contacts. Seems like a privacy invading app. Beware!

When I 1st had the App it was perfect . Now it's telling me offline almost every day. I only have 1 remote. Am getting worried incase remote don't work nor the app.
