Convenient location that will save your day! Even with less than 4% battery I'm able to download, install the APP, and complete the checkout before the battery completely run out. Available in multiple locations in SEA regions is another advantage. It would be better if there's a way to checkout without APP install for extreme case like mine one, and it would be better to have an option to switch charger when there's a faulty device. Look forward to future development of this APP anyway!

app it self works fine, but got one small complaint about the charger, ill be nice if the charger provides a indicator to show its remaing power, and it seems like not supporting recharge through the attached cable, which i think might related to company's businesses model, but is some thing I preferred to have

Argh. I'm being charged monthly. I tried to cancel but no cancel button. I emailed support and they provided instructions but it's not accurate. The support line is in Hong Kong. How can I call them when I'm in Canada.

Good idea well-executed. Foresee myself using it frequently. Works as advertised. Hassle-free rental of powerbanks. Keep up the good work!!!

Getting registered and signing up was a bit tricky and not as simple. Navigating through the interface was not intuitive nor logical. However, once set up, renting and returning powerbank was easy with the abundance of 7-11 outlets dotted throughout HK. A word of caution, charges are by the hour, so one should return the powerbank as soon as possible. I got a rude shock on the rental charges. The "wallet" feature is nasty. It will keep any unused money until you apply for a refund, long process

First two rental experience were great. This time, I walked 3 7-11s unable to return the charger because they were all full. I was wanting to leave a suggestion at your page but unable to submit. I have no choice but to leave my comments here. Still looking for a place to return but time is ticking... Shouldn't have all 7-11's charging station fully filled.

Be careful when using this app in Japan if you don't know Japanese. There wasn't enough explanation regarding what I paid for. Once you add a credit card,they will charge you for nothing. I didn't receive an email or a tax invoice.The user guide is in Japanese, and the service desk operates in Japanese only. The website has limited English explanation, which is not clear. I emailed them about the issue but received no reply. It feels like they are taking advantage of foreigners. What a shame.
