I really enjoy the functionality of this app with my garage doors. However the constant pop-ups that interrupt the functional use of the app as a quick alternative to a physical garage door opener are extremely frustrating. Especially repeat pop-ups that have previously been dealt with. Upgrades and subscriptions are, I'm sure, a major part of the app being free, however they greatly diminish the experience. I didn't want to leave this as a review, but where is feedback to be given?

Don't waste your money. I was a hardware/software tester for 30 years. This product should never went out the door. First the interface just to type in the name of your device doesn't work. It was diffcult to pair and connect device. It should takes minutes not hours. It take sometimes ten minutes to let you know something or someone has passed the video keypad. I didn't bother to pay for subscription. I cant interface with my smart home devices. Hardware works fine. Software is bad!

Has been working great until the latest update today. The app opens and immediately closes. However, I'm receiving notifications that the garage door is opening/closing when a car remote is used. I can't use the app as my car remote because it keeps crashing. 11/8 Update: Had to uninstall app, reinstall and login. Seems to be working again. Changed review from 1 star to 4.

The app is kind of basic. The security when launching the app turns itself off repeatedly. There are ads, frustrating to see ads after you pay for the product. Does NOT work with google or Alexa which I do not understand. Notifications are sometimes very delayed. Does open and close fine, but google or alexa would be very nice to have. Basic app, with ads.

Update: Support reached out quickly to help. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work properly. No more crashing...... App was always pretty good for me but after the last update it constantly crashes. There is no way to roll back to the apps previous version so now it is unusable and that's not good because I use it to open and close our garage door and monitor the garage with the camara I purchased from this company.

After the Nov 5th update, the app crashes everytime I open it. No longer functional. How do I roll back an update? UPDATE: I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. The new app greets you with ads. Honestly, this is not ok with me. That said, I can use the app now without it crashing. I just think if you pay for the equipment, you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to use the app.

It is very delayed on notifications. I'm sure the response will be something stupid, such as please check your network connection. Yes, I have push notifications permitted for this app. For example, my Ring doorbell is very responsive. This garage door app is nowhere even close to the same speed as my Ring device. I can literally open the door, close the door, drive 400 yards away, and then it finally tells me the door just opened. Please get a better software developer on your team.

Left beta since it kept crashing. Never was able to get my integrated cam back online and gave up (worked for 1 day then lost connection, I have tons of smart devices with no issues, even ones close to the garage). The garage door opener works, but that's about it. Stay away from the cameras and don't invest in the rest of the ecosystem.
