When I first purchased this system, the app would struggle to connect to the alarm panel or show its true status. I had to close the app and re-open every time, often notifications wouldn't come through if app was not running in the background either. However since the panel firmware update and an app update, it now works brilliantly, even with the app not running, alarm notifications come through nearly immediately and the app shows the correct alarm status as soon as it opens. Fixed, Thanks!

Good app, but it lost some cool features last update. When the house alarm is triggered, it would be good to have a separate notification sound from typical disarm/arm notifications, to warn the user of a possible breach of security. The apps internal popup window would also appear on screen, but this seems to have been removed on the last update :^( If anyone knows where I can the version kicking around Dec 2019 pleaasse let me know

1. WiFi integration of Chuango H4 plus with Xiaomi Poco X3 (with latest firmwares) was impossible. I had to use another phone with older Android in order to see the list of my WiFi networks after I connected to the WiFi of Chuango (Home Cloud System). 2. It would be very convenient if we can see battery levels (of all devices connected on the hub) 3. It would be excellent if we can have integration with Home Assistant - perhaps via DreamChatcher.

Unfortunately Push Forward App Notification does not work at all, also when i load the app then goto other apps and return back it does not login again therefore i must every time i want to check the status i have to clear the app from devices memory and reload it. :(Last when i had a power cut and after hours back on i did not receive any notification.. Update to prior review.. after an update to the app and firmware of the hub a few days ago, every bug seems to be fixed. :)

The app works ok, but frequently says no device and I relog in and it finds the device again. Als I think it eants too many permissions. Storage, ok but Camera, Microphone, and Contacts? I have denied mic and contacts but unsure if this is why I am having issues with device not showing.

Please can you add an Home Arm Zone with entry delay option. I'm currently unable to come home and disarm with my indoor keypad, have to stand outside in the rain fiddling about my phone. I will change to 5* review if you could add this option please, thank you.

Not actively updated. Limited. Useless with Google home/assistant. Developers would prefer to sell a new system that has the same functionality.

Impossible to connect through WiFi. My hub shows H4 Home Cloud System,i connect my phone to it and is always get me back to select WiFi. I hope that will get fixed soon.
