Coupons disappear/expire 1 minute after you activate them. When you activate one and choose the gas station, there is no QR or bar code, and instinctively pressing "back" will ask you to rate the coupon even if you didn't buy or scan anything. I just lost a few good coupons this way, after that, I realized this app is kinda pointless and is designed only to lure you into spending money at Circle K, without ever providing any of the advertised discount percentage. In other words - "gimmick".

Pay by plate didn't work. It is supposed to make process easier and faster but you end up standing at the pump seeing with the question in your mind - "So what?...". But turns out tapping with bank card is just much simpler than figuring out why pay by plate doesn't work and what to do.

Constantly crashing, can't find my location on the map, whilst the other apps can. Can't use my wash subscription. Total shait.

The app is stuck on "Car wash: Wash is finalizing. Follow instructions on site." So I can't use the app to wash again. It has been several days. I just realized that I never got free ice creams and hamburgers.

when the application works it is so easy to fill fuel at stations. sometimes when I am at station, I have to redo the login process, it is so stressful to do that, why can't you keep me logged in if it's same device? if I am logged out how does the automatic fuel filling by reading vehicle registration supposed to work frictionless?

Every second time there is a problrm with fueling by number plate! Sistem and pump recognises you, but in moment you take the hose, app shows "opss, somthing went wrong" and pump asking to pay directly. Two cars, situation the same

The new app version does not even show litres amount in receipt inside the app anymore. Is this some new tactic to hide how much the prices are rising?

Can't add payment method. "Your authentication failed. Try again." does not help at all. And then you have to enter everything again. Did you even try to use it yourselves?? Upd. Year later, as bad as it was. Car is almost never detected automatically, payments do not go trough, unknown error occur constatly, pump does not start even money ar charged from your card. Usually you get all these experiences from the single visit. What a sham
