I was using an older version on my previous phone and it worked great. I guess I had a free, but limited version. Just got a new phone and now the app wants a subscription fee. I am ok with that, but an app that takes a pic and reads text for $200. Are you kidding me?? In Android I simply created a "Business Cards" album. When I take a pic of a business card I just crop it and save it in that Album. Easy,peazy and "freezy" I don't have all the features of the app, but it's perfect for me

Can't use the free trial without subscribing to a plan and giving them your credit card. I'm not sure they understand the point of a free trial. It's not supposed to be a trick where I have to jump through hoops to prevent you from taking my money. The point is to try your app for free. Hope this helps. Thanks for the response, however what you said is simply false. This is not a requirement of the Play Store. This is a requirement of how your company designed the app, using Google services.

Very disappointed! The initial splash screen indicates either $59.99/yr. or $4.99/mo option. But when going to the premium screen, there are only two choices, the up-front annual subscription or a very expensive lifetime subscription. I'd rather subscribe on a monthly basis & not pay for a whole year in advance. I also don't like being lied to - there is no option for a $4.99/mo. plan, so splash screen is a lie, therefore uninstalling. 😡

The app is good; however, there needs to be a way to scan vertical cards so that the image it saves is vertical. The algorithm to load the info from the cards is a little faulty and I found myself having to modify a lot of the entries. The lifetime $60.00 unlimited sub seems a little expensive. Other than that, not too bad. Might consider lifetime sub if improvements made. For now just did the 8.99 for 50 scans.

I had tried a number of card scanning apps with very mixed results. This app solved my challenge and by using my phone, can import them into my outlook contacts and can use them with any work needs. The accuracy is excellent and any modifications are easy to do before saving and importing. Saves me all kinds of time and my administrative assistant is ever so grateful!

Not ideal. The trial period is 10 cards. Considering the $119 lifetime plan for the last 2 months. One important aspect is date entered into contacts, I usually enter that into notes. It has to be done one at a time. After comparing several business card readers, I'm down this one and the free google lens. I don't import directly to contacts from lens because the fields are not separated. I've been importing to google docs and using a table. That way, I can manipulate data and add notes.

I would agree with most people in that this app is able to scan and correctly identify the fields from a card for the contact fields very accurately. However, as some people have observed, you can and the scanned cards to your contacts list on your device, but ONLY if you pay the $59.99 a year subscription or a $139.99 one time purchase. I'm taking two stars off because it, in my opinion, this is an extreme high price for a phone app.

The app does a great job of reading cards, but the information does not go into your contacts unless you import each contact individually. The good: Covve Scan does a better job of scanning the data from the cards than any other app I've tried. The bad: Once the cards are scanned, the only effective way is to import each contact individually. Please add a feature to import all contacts or scan directly to native dialer contacts.
