Dark mode please. Try to at least use your app especially at night. Are you satisfied with bright white background? Automation sucks. If I turn off the socket manually and turn it on after some time it should reset the timer once it toggles. However, it continues to run making my second time turning on the socket turn off itself in the middle of charging.

This is a suspicious app. Sometimes when I open the app, it automatically copies the phone's clipboard. Seems to me the dev is collecting data from users in the background (even those data not needed for the service). I mean, why would an app needs to access clipboard? Seems strange and could violate privacy... hmmm

I think they need to improve the control system, at least put the up down left right buttons so we have the options to have the buttons or the screen to interact the environment we see. Also put some instructions when we don't know how to set up our cam.

Switches have paid for themselves in like just over a month by way of power bill reduction. However the app and the software need updating. The switch icon is too large and prone to accidental taps. The switches turn on and off on their own via deleted and modified scheduling. Fix this please else I'll switch (no pun) to other brands. Also app and switches should work via phone 📱 tethering and even with prolonged WiFi network absence in houses with no WiFi networks.

Pls add widgets for each device to be controlled directly from home page, current ones when added to desktop still needs to open the app and press the switch from there. Also, Tap to run widget is usually slow or does not load. Other than that, the devices works awesome.

Connection has been iffy despite a 2.4GHz connection, smart bulb defeats the purpose of having it scheduled since it seems to function just like a normal bulb. Don't know if it's a product defect or an app defect, used to work well for two days then went iffy.

The app keeps crashing since the new one UI 6 update. Reached out with Crabtek and they said to download the TUYA SMART app. It's literally similar, and works perfectly. You may have to setup the gadgets again.

Very disappointed. All of my family members can access our smart camera but not me. It's just stuck on the loading page of Retrieving video stream... we all use the same brand of phone and connected to the same wifi.
