Just one more crappy Chinese app. After installing it in a new phone I can't add my cameras because the password field will only accept numbers, but my passwords are alphanumeric. In the existing phone it lets me enter any character.

This app, when it works, is OK but I suspect the Chinese backend where your streams are stored is a hacker's paradise. I would not recommend you use this app nor would I recommend the camera which it is used with. In my case, it's the Escam QF500. Both the hardware and software suck donkey balls. You get what you pay for. Stick with the known brands like Nest or Canary or Netgear if you care about your privacy or go with local recordings with Blue Iris and el-cheapo H264 cameras.

Motion alerts has never worked for us. Other features work on and off. Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling the app all the time. Finicky about picking up WiFi signal. We changed password but still got hacked, freaked us out when someone dialed in and we could hear them on the other end. Really frustrated with this camera and app. Will be investing in something better. I guess we get what we pay for. Not worth the hassle.

No longer works. Cannot get it to connect no matter which way I try. Says I have wrong password. No I don't. It's the exact one on bottom of camera.

Poor webb design. No surport this app .shoud not exist. Development is of poor quality. Do not bother with. Down load app.then requist account number which does not provide any such information nor does it provide any assistance. Disappointment....
