Idk why I subscribed again. It won't scan my most important email and I can't remove an email so it can scan the one I need it to scan and it won't let me sign in or up for the $1,000,000 coverage. I forgot that's why I unsubscribed but it's still doing it. Why? It's not giving me all the benefits, and I don't feel like trying to get a refund but it looks like I'm going to have to. 3 stars for the rest of the app.

Not sure know how to use it to maximum caperbilities. Electronics are getting more & more complex. I'm glad you go out of you way to educate us. It's much appreciated. I'm not . I'm on a very tight budget and sometimes have to go without food. ( true) I Recived a stern letter from you today. I went to look for the company you tell us to buy it from, returned & your letter had gone!? I don't want get in trouble been with U 4 at least 20 years!

Really solid app. Covers my credit monitoring, online bank account, and Google account, since that is basically my life. I wish they could allow adding more than 1 bank account, but I have my main one linked. So I can live with it. I'll be looking to see fast credit and account alerts to know if this app is truly legit!

I downloaded this app to try the free 7 days when I didn't like it I tried to cancel the subscription but it wasn't in my google play store. A payment then went out of my account. When I went back to look the subscription still wasn't there to cancel. I emailed the address on this app and got a reply saying it is an uncontactable address.

Downloaded this app and was impressed with some stuff it found right off the bat. Showed some compromised passwords which were apparently on the dark web immediately. Was locked out of my FB account and reached out to the support team for assistance. Got a response pretty quickly from Mona, who spent some time with me going over all the steps and was super helpful, in the end helped me recover it back (thanks for being so patient Mona!). Could not be happier - thank you Cyrus team....!

Got misguided by my playstore(Andr8) search for a real mwb antivir. Cyrus is "just" a tool. Should the financial (identity) protection stuff actually be working and needed + people need it, app could maybe be above 3 Stars - but I don't know much about that area, so I can only guess. Data Leak/Breach scan is working, but you get it free on the web aswell. Same way you can also scan for your contact's on the web if you got identifiers. Mind privacy (of reg. site) when handing your contact's.

It's a joke. Everything says "we will be there for you"... Accept for when you need something. They keep bankers hours. Secondly it scans your contact list and tells you who you should contact to sell them their product, because they've been exposed. But my name is the highest in the list, but the app doesn't actually tell me anything about my exposures. Also the Facebook recovery advice is to read the information provided on Facebook, and is just as helpful as the information provided on FB.

Hm. After installation and first use of this app, I am a bit concerned about the sensitive info (a lot of it too!) that I linked and if this is really a safe app to upload this stuff onto. As an app the projects a safety net for privacy and compromised accounts, you would think it would at least run smoothly and simply just not work on main aspects within the app. This is opinion but I would not download this app nor allow it to any of your sensitive information! Seems unstable and sketchy.
