Camera is good, snappy and pretty good video quality. However, ads are getting too intrusive, some ads does not allow you to close. Clicking the fake X mark instead opens the advertisement. It's very frustrating that it takes one full minute before you actually get into the camera view. What a shame because everything else is top notch.

The app keeps spamming ads in your face when you're just trying to view the camera, they cannot be closed with the fake X mark at the top of the window; tapping it merely brings you to the main advertisement itself. Had to struggle with this opening and closing at least 5 times before being able to view the camera, developers better do something about this or will just change to another app or another camera system.

It won't accept logging in with google(which is an option offered by them). Also it won't accept an email address to register with as the field has a limited length (as number of characters). Won't send any code on the phone either. Absolutely shameful and disgusting. Putting great products on such a disgraceful app is at least stupid.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You open the app, ad. You click something, ad. You select a camera, ad. You go to the settings, ad. And if you go to another app and come back, you have to restart the whole app because all cameras show up as offline. This is such a horrible, horrible experience. I can't believe such terrible apps are allowed for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phones 🤦🏻♂️

You want to have a quick look after the alert popped up on your mobile. And then you need to see a 1 min add before that. It totally destroys the effectiveness of the camera. The device is good, rotation is nice, results are good. If for any reason WiFi gets disconnected then you need to restart the device, it doesn't connects automatically

As a monitoring software, it does its job, but run as free software with advertisements, it's annoying and a failure. When you receive a push notification from your cameras and you want to view your camera's live immediately to see if there is an intruder, as soon as the app opens, advertising is displayed and you can't view your cameras until advertising finishes, touch your screen anywhere , and it opens up the advertisers website with more time lost.

The camera function is very good. However, the setup is not as easy as what shown on the setup guide and the most affected the camera rate was the advertisement. Non stop. Makes you hard to enter the cctv. Hate the advertisements!

Makes "Security Cam" Entirely Useless!! A security risk. By the time you get access it's too late! INTRUSIVE ADS HIJACK THE APP AND BROWSER! WON'T LET ME USE MY CAMERA!!!!!! I paid for the stupid camera that is useless without THIS stupid app, App is almost as useless as the stupid camera. Poor video on record. Looses recordings after viewing. Is it records at all. Both got 1 star!! Enjoy it. I'M GETTING A REFUND. ;P
