When I first got the app, I thought I could use it while in Trinidad, but found out that the Digicel International app is for use in the US. Now I call my mom when ever and don't have to jack up my cell phone or landline bill with international calls which could be very costly. I love that Digicel has this international plan, the rate is good. Also, I have the convenience to reloador top up without leaving my home. My Digicel customer service experience was good so far. I would say get the app.

Definitely nice having this app. The calls doesn't drop or tries to reconnect during calls. The calls are crystal clear as if you're dialing through a regular phone. Love having the automatic reload! I definitely have recommended it to others. I have only used it to call Jamaica because that's where my family is but you can call wherever you need to and you can check the rate per minute before calling. $0.20 cents per minute for calling cells in Jamaica.

I usually don't share negative reviews. Please replace with previous App as soon as possible. The current version is the worst I've experienced. It's sending negative signals about Digicel quality of service. It's not connected to my contacts and I'm being charging even for calls that go straight to answering machine. The balance is not automatically refreshed. The interface is simply ugly.

Update. This Damn app every other day not working. My balance is always unavailable. I got a number to use where I call it and then manually enter the number of the person I call but its inconvenient. Then unu have the audacity to be sending me promotion every day. Spamming my phone. Terrible Call quality excellent. Used the promo code and was able to make my first 10 min call from the US to Ja. Easy setup. Easy to use. Will definitely be purchasing mins

I am downgrading this rating because whomever Digicel has working on their app updates is wreaking havoc.My account balance has been pending since I installed the update.I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I even added money to see if the total would change, but nothing happened.The app to 'top up' has been performing just as badly since it's 'upgrade' week ago.Since nothing's been done to fix these issues, I'll just use up the money left (which I guess I'll have to figure out) and be done.

I don't like the fact that I'm charged for a call when the voice mail picks up. I get charge for a minute that has not actually been used, and I lose money. Update: I see that I am being charged 20 cent per minute as soon as the ringing starts. I made a call, then hung up before the voice mail answered. It was a 33 second process, including the announcement "this call is being made by Digicel". After I hung up, my balance was 20 cent less, for listening to the Digicel call announcement.

Digicel call International has always been reliable very simple to use that is what I like about it the most it is simple to use easy to use not complicated serves me well every time I use it easy to reload even has an automatic refill you don't have to worry about refilling it all the time very good app don't go mess it up by changing it thank you for the good service I have always received from Digicel call International

Always taking money from the account when the calls didn't go through and there was no answering machine pick up the apps is OK gave no problem putting minutes on but there's problem keeping them on have to be calling customer service several times
