When dividing rooms, the dotted line that you drag will often have the check mark in the wrong room. Meaning you simply cannot divide that room into two. Also, on my Pixel 8, activating the video feature on my Omni X1 turns off my phone's mic, rendering any phone call,or voice searching, or speech-to-text impossible until I restart the phone. Forcing the ecovacs app closed and clearing the cache does nothing.

The T30s Combo works great and we're very happy. The app is clean and easy to navigate. But I have a request. As a fellow developer im begging you, mark on the map where it lost its mopping pad. Ours will randomly yeet it into oblivion and we have to go on a scavenger hunt. Last time it took 3 weeks because it must have done a Beyblaze move and launched it's self inside a umbrella that was leaned up against a wall. We looked everywhere gave up thinking our dogs carried off and buried it 🤣

Owning this vacuum is frustrating. It can't properly update maps or navigate when furniture is moved. It often finishes mapping without covering half the rooms, even when doors are open. And if it detects no access to an area during scanning, it won't attempt to go there later, even if the way is clear. Essentially, this pricey vacuum can't handle more than one room

Worked fine before, but now it can't extract/locate the current map and trying to create a new map. Also if I try sending to clean a specific room it tries and few seconds later message coming up that the path is blocked as soon as I change the settings and mark whole house to clean there is no message like that and whole house is being clean with out any issues 🤦.

Totally agree with the other reviews posted here. The gadget is great but the app sucks big time. It kept not being able to locate and kept remapping my house during each clean scheduled. What nonsense! Developer of this app, please do something about it. Thank you!! I have snapped a pic showing what it states each time the app starts up and prepares for cleaning to commence. Completely ridiculous. 😡🙄

Dear Ecovacs, I have been using Deebot Ozmo 930 and working fine for about 1-1/2 years. For the last 2 months, it is not functioning well. It repeats going forward, backwards, turn around and irregular pattern. The cleaning area of coverage is also reduced. I ensure it is clean and get rid off dirt and hair on the wheels. I patiently reset, uninstalled, reinstalled and repeating the process without much success for 2 months already. Is there some problem with the software? Please help.

The app is really bad, overall the vacuum works fine, but because of the app, it frequently "forgets" the map of the house or sets certain boundaries by itself. Worst still when I tried correcting the map, I just keeps showing "data acquisition time out. Exit app and try again". Now it got worser; the vacuum was scheduled to work, but when I on the app, it shows the robot is offline and I couldn't even view the map. Ridiculous.

Each time the App is being updated, a few days later my robot will get haywire. Each time this happen, I have to do the setup and hotspot connection all over again. Lucky each set up doesn't require any re-mapping. However, this doesn't make robot to function properly. It can just go round in circles, non stop!
