Doesn't record live. Usually records 20 - 30 sec clips. Motion detector doesn't record all the motion. One clip shows a vehicle and the next clip the vehicles is gone. Not affective for showing activity to be able to show police if needed. Tech support is no help. They tell you to adjust the motion sensor. When you do there is no difference. Solar panels are great. The battery stopped holding a charge after 2 -3 months. Last tech said to update the firmware but there is no option to do that.

The Aiwit App seems to work, and function as advertised. The Aiwit 1080p Security Light Bulb works Terrific! Motion detector, Night Vision, Etc. it'd be nice to have voice activation of the light. Obviously to have it doing its job, the light switch must be on at all times... But the light itself isn't and to turn on the light becomes cumbersome when you Love cuz I am actually need to just flick on a light. Besides that though, it works great.

Randomly stopped alerts. Battery is full but it's not giving me any notifications when people come up to my door even for deliveries people that are there for a minute or so and still no recording. I'll give stars back if it's reliable again. When I first got the doorbell I had problems with setup but it looks like an app update fixed that. however It's difficult to stop a feed and or to take screenshots which is really helpful in the event of a Prowler.

I purchased 4 of these cameras, when I installed them it gave me an option to subscribe to the cloud for $29.99 to save my videos. After signing up for the cloud, I got a notification that I needed a different subscription since I have multiple cameras witch cost $99.99. I contacted customer support immediately to switch my subscription and they refused to credit the first subscription to the new one. So buyer beware, if you have multiple cameras don't pay the $29.99 subscription.

Though the picture quality is great, it doesn't seem to record when someone in viewing grid. Notifications are not going through. I was charged for a whole year when I should have been given a 30 day free trial. I can basically only use it when I want to view remotely. I have received no notifications this morning despite people in camera view. Update. Perhaps it needed a learning period? It now seems to recognize humans and notify me quickly. It is recording appropriately.

UPDATE: Be advised that the device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. So it will stop working if you upgrade or change internet providers. After several months, I finally figured out how to add 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. I deleted the device because it wouldn't connect. I even flipped the breaker box and turned off power to the entire house to reboot the device. Scanning the QR code to add the device back was another issue. It took a total of 57 minutes to get it back online. Pack your patience! Good luck!

I would give zero stars if possible! When I bought it it was supposed to be free storage now they are trying to charge for cloud storage! It goes off for now reason all the time. And when there is a reason it's usually too late. When you try to watch live it's frozen. And now I am not getting notifications. Edit they added a feature of watching an ad to see your video which was nice. And now they took that away

idk man. it's nice and everything but even after paying $30 for the yearly cloud storage, it seems that you still can't connect multiple devices to the same camera. Yes you can connect up to 10 devices to the cloud storage, but you can't connect more than one phone to the same camera to view it live. You can only view the live feed from the camera from one phone at a time, since it connects to your phone via Bluetooth. If you try to connect another phone to the camera, you need to disconnect 1st
