The UX for the washer is horrible. To remote start, I need to turn 8n the machine, press buttons on the washer, and then maybe I'll be able to start. The delay start button is always inactive for me in the app. I don't see the point of this at all. Update: October 2024, still the same experience as before. Still waiting for the promised update.

Utterly rubbish products experience. This WIFI connection step feels technically like before year 2000, many error prone manual step needed and of course it does not succeed to the end. It always fails at the last step confirming device name and it will still fail to "send name" (why the bloody hell I need to do this step now?) by the end saving the device to app. Do you need me to plug in a 10GbE glass fiber to make your garbage products online ? I bet it will fail with the same stupidity.

Erratic behaviour. PURE19.2 robotic vacuum not able to connect to app/wifi (even though wifi light on vacuum is on). Wifi is on dual band so not an issue with 2.4 or 5 GHz network. When it is able to connect, cannot operate vacuum via app. Uninstall and reinstall app. Remove and add device again also not working. Not sure this is due to latest update of app. Dissapointing.

For washing machine this app is quite useless. Turn on the machine, wait for it to connect, open it in app and the machine will turn itself off before you get to do anything. If you press something on the control panel to keep it on, it will lock the app. Washing machine washes well, but is very dumb even though it says its smart with an app and all. Only use for the app is to see the time left remotely and getting alerts when it is done, and alerts are also unreliable.

Even though I followed all the instructions, this new app is not working. My oven connects to WiFi but the app does not see it. I am instructed to send a screenshot to Electrolux, but when I click the "Contact" button it takes me to a webpage where I can pay to get a repair. Obviously nobody tested property the app before release

It's easy to get stuck in onboarding of appliances and the only troubleshooting step is "try again". You can't share appliances between accounts. Most notifications are no better than what you get from the machine beeping in the first place. Overall a lot of frustration for little payoff.

Unable to add the Pure 300 Air purifier in the app. It does not exist as a choice. Only the 500, but that does not detect my device. Considering returning the device as without the app most features are unavailable. Not very SMART.

Update needed after added washing machine. Prompt that I need to run empty program for update of machine. What empty program are you referring to? There is no such options and all buttons were greyed out. Made a cycle of the machine and it shuts down afterwards so nothing happened. After some time the washing machine is then removed from the app. Tried at least 30 hair pulling hours Useless engineer design! Ultimatecare 900
