With the latest update my Samsung S23 Ultra now works with this app. I would encourage development of data history graphics in the app to improve interaction, like zoom pinching, drag and scroll for shifting the timeline, simultaneous lines for different metrics, and the ability to select and compare different time periods, like hour, day, week, month and year.

Terrible, ineffective app that doesn't work. Tried logging in with my Google Account, it doesn't allow me. Try registering a new account, it won't send a Security Code. App can't even get started!

I've seen some bad reviews regarding this item, mostly for an app collection interval or pairing. Was little worried, but I had zero issues and was able to set it up on the first try without reading manual first. I was able to set interval for collecting data in the app to 1 minute, which is great and very granular. Only small thing that can be improved is scrolling while graph data is zoomed, but I would give 4,9 stars for that. Seems they fixed the app since those bad feedbacks.

The app no longer works as it fails to open every time. Absolutely hopeless. I suspect it may be down to the new version of the app not working on Android version 8, which is most unhelpful. Some people choose to not change their phone every year, which is far more sustainable. I don't consider a 5 year old phone as an old device.

Update: the accuracy is horrid. The local big expert monitors like Air now, AccuWeather, etc are saying the AQi is about 30, all consistent. This unit is way off when I take it outside at 76. Accuracy is very poor. Not worth even a third of the price. Unable to register. There seems to be problems with my username. I have no idea what is wrong with it. The rejection message is incomplete. The response from Elitech is gobbledygook. Elitech is not serious.

I am unable to use this app. It will not allow me to create an account. It tells me my email address is incorrect (how can that be if I'm signing up now? I'm telling you the email) and that my user name can only be in Chinese characters. I've tried re-installing, doesn't help. I will have to return the device if I am unable to use the app. The developer had replied but it is not helpful. I am following the correct rules for a user name. The app says my email is incorrect and won't send a code.

I just bought a particle readers and am trying to register my account but it's broken. Given that the update notes say "now fixed issues with new login registration" but it's not fixed, this is probably not the company for me. If you can't figure out how to make a login and registration on an app work, I have no confidence in your product. Fix it now before I return this device! I didn't spend $200 for a device and online service that won't work. I haven't even tested the product yet, sheesh!!

App keeps failing to register. There's no way to connect to the m100 without the app. Edit: Developers reached out and fixed their registration issue. So is now working. Will play around with it and update with finding in a few weeks. Changed from 1 start to 3 for their quick turnaround.
