Austin Wiggins

A decent port from PC. I've avoided battles entirely as I'm under the assumption it'll be terrible for touchscreen. However, the campaign is easy to manage. Because of the lack of controls, the touch and hold has multiple actions binded to it so be patient when combining units and panning around with a unit selected. Performance-wise, it runs surprisingly well. Didn't expect this game to run on mobile with how clunky it is on the PC. It's good to replay my favorite TW game so 4/5.

Love this game, the controls are a little hard to do on a cellphone, but you can make it work. Sometimes it'll shut off and have errors, but for the most part it works well. The controls do need an update though, as the army will sometimes move into a position and you can make them turn the right way. Also sometimes the controls will disappear, but I just do the three finger swipe to bring them back up.

Awesome job on port. One of best 4x strat games ever. HOWEVER!! In game battles you control have 50% the manageability of PC. Place units close to one another ends up selecting nearby units; even if you zoom in close. I also have yet to figure out how to stretch formation depth from say 4 men deep to 9 men deep for a narrow charge or defense at a gate. This can make defending a siege extremely stressful.

Excellent port of the classic PC game. I was in my 20's when it came out on PC, and this is just a blast from the past. Hoping to see kingdoms next then, praying for it, empire then Napoleon and Shogun 2. EDIT : After pretty much playing non stop since download, aside from a few minor crashing issues, the game is still flawless. My only question would be if it's possible to add every unit 5o the grand campaign? Like Dismounted Gothic Knights for the HRE etc?

Great game,even custom play is better then most other games out there. My only problem is sometime when I chose my nations on custom game and go to "customize the armies" sometimes the next button doesn't respond to a single tap, and only works if you tap it multiple times. Also sometimes during "custom battles" hud will disappear. These are the only problems I had with the game. P.s. for each campaign can you add unit encyclopedia on the menus, Also give us a button to change between campaigns.

This is an excellent addition to the total war mobile collection. After the last update (May 25th), the turn times are almost nothing now. They used to take up to 30-60 seconds but it just finished in 9 on turn 89. Absolutely fantastic. Now maybe you guys can address the Pikeman issue that's been with Medieval 2 since its inception. I thoroughly look forward to any future total war plans you have for mobile

This is a brilliant port of a game I have probably bought 5 times because I love it so much and have a tendency to lose things. I owned the original 4 CD set... and now I feel old. The only draw back is the UI interactions can be a bit tedious, but the pros vastly outwiegh the cons. I can't wait for a redo of Empire or even better Shogun 2! I'd totally buy those again.

Realized what to do in order to control unit facing. Just click and hold on a unit. A drag/direction box appears around it. Now you can be a real medieval general. Can you reduce the size of the Pause tapestry? It blocks half the screen when im trying to set up formations. This isn't a 20inch monitor we're using. Thanks for the entertainment.
