Absolutely terrible app and support. Can't remove a faulty device, nor can you read messages about the devices on the network. This app appears to be pointless! Wish I could give zero stars. Support don't bother trying to resolve issues either.

Terrible app and alarms. Alarms link and also link with the app and that's it. Manually sound an alarm and the other doesn't go off. Do it in the app and none go off. Added 3 devices to the app, says I have 6, 3 of which show as unknown. App constantly says my kitchen alarm isn't attached to base which it is, even the light in the device showing it's on the base is on, so I also get warning emails saying there's an issue. Multiple attempts to get the devices synced The whole system is a mess.

Works OK. I installed 5 battery smoke alarms and 6 battery heat alarms. They all interlinked successfully according to the video. Just needed to wait about a minute between each one. I then installed the gateway and that took a couple of tries to link it up with the other devices. After a while it then picked up all the devices which I could see in the app. I then disconnected them one by one in order to identify them and update the description in the app. App is a bit buggy otherwise good.

some good features on the whole, good to be able to test the network, audibly test the alarms from the comfort of the app. however, i go away and guaranteed the hub will crash and I have no idea what state the system is in. This morning i have an alarm to say my carbon monoxide alarm went off and cant be silenced. but I have no idea if it is still going off or if it has reset itself. i can't reset it remotely, so I hope my neighbour is out. this information is why i chose this system. Poor.

This app is terrible. After having my house burn down last year whilst I was out, I thought I would spent (a lot) more money on a decent connected fire alarm system, but this app really does not fill me with the confidence I was hoping for from a big name in fire detection. The initial installation was reasonably straight forward, but 2 of my 5 devices were missing on the app despite them being paired, part of the alarm group and working normally. After spending many hours I found the solution.

Terrible. The app is extremely poor. No way to test or silence alarms. Faults that occur tell you zero information. Notifications hit and miss. Often having to re-login. The whole FireAngel connected system has been a pain from start to finish. Gateway keeps going offline, alarms sounding for no reason and not being able to silence, faulty devices that need to be replaced. Just a nightmare. Thinking of just scrapping the whole lot and going back to old.

App is absolutely abysmal, other then show you when the gateway goes offline that's all its good for. Zero functionality and help trying to figure out what's wrong with your hardware. Already had to replace an AC wired unit as battery went bust after few weeks. Now the replacement is showing connectivity issues 14 months later. Gateway goes offline for no reason, after a few emails with tech support they gave up on me. Please don't revert me to non existent tech support!

This was much easier than I thought. I simply followed the instructions on the app for 'domestic' users and apart from a slight high pitched headache, my kitchen heat detector, 4 smoke alarms and CO detector installed perfectly to each other and then to the hub. After installing the gateway hub on the app, clarification is needed that the alarms all need to be linked to each other FIRST, then you link them to the gateway SECONDLY. If all else fails, read the instructions!! Or the online videos!
