All good but when clicking on lifting details and entering the year and month, it showing loading animation round and round without showing the details clearly. please fix this.

Having to login again and again, because of this it is very difficult, you need to think. Technology is far behind. App usage needs to be more modernized. so that all can be done through it. ( Just like ATM machine ).Biometric has started but biometric is not working properly, many times I can't collect ration. I have requested cooperation in this regard, I request you to consider or, think about the matter.

App is not smoothly working. It works slowly and doesn't response in time. In login dashboard, after applying any new Ration card or other purpose, when ever logout from dashboard, the app's home screen not come. I have to totally close the app and again open for home page. Please resolve the above mentioned issues.

The server issue never seems to be resolved. Such a terrible experience. Really lackluster development support. December 6 2023 - Sever issue persists. What a piece of junk app. The development support team is really useless.

Incompetent Developers and Useless App. The app is throwing null reference exception. the very basic type of exception a dev should handle first. While opening any form it simply throws null reference. Like this app, their official website also behave the same. Informed using the helpline regarding the issue. Even after 2 weeks no resolution.
