You can now filter the map by charging station operators. Select individual operators to see only their charging stations on the map. There is also now a guide in the app explaining prices at charging stations.

Took way too long to make a user profile when you are on the road and want to fill up fast. After finally downloading the mandatory app, making a profile and putting in my card information, and confirming with bankID, we got an error message on the pump. We tried several times and several pumps to no avail. I'm never using this again. Not userfriendly. Goodbye.

Can't exit this app using the back button. Don't break the android user interface.

*edited* I'm editing my review from 2 stars down to 1. Because I tried to give constructive reviews and sending them email which they totally ignored. They don't even bother to improve their services. So I planned my trip based on the information they provided for their charging stations and statistically 71% of the information about the stations are wrong. You have no idea how much time I lost trusting their app. You go to 22kWh charger, it's a 7.2. Another one has a type A, it doesn't even initializes the connection...

After a failed charging attempt the app does not stops the charging session. Been in touch with customer service ang they recommended to "force stop" the app and if the fail persist to uninstall the app and then install it again. After proceeding with what they recommended (did both force stop and uninstall then reinstall) the problem is still there ,that charging session goes on and on . Got in touch with customer service again and the guy tell me that they can not help private persoons.

Came from the US and tried to use the app while renting an EV in Norway. While we managed to get everything registered, the app was constantly erroring with a generic error every time we had tried to charge using this app. We eventually moved on to other apps which were working fine.

Created account, added several creditcards, still won't let me start charging keep getting "unauthorized" whatever payment method I chose. Also Fortum doesn't allow roaming from other providers, so charging at my vacation address is not possible... (Called them, they reset the charger and didn't know what to do else... )

Horrible poorly engineered app with frustrating user experience. Charging does often not start/stop. App does not use the phone's credential management system. The value over using a website in the browser is exactly zero.

None of the chargers ever works, even when they're shown as ready to charge in the app and the app constantly logs out.. Super fun having to log into the app in rain and wind every time you need to charge.
