terrible experience. one single bug and I am late for the most important meeting ever in my life. the driver has cancelledy booking but I was not aware because the screen was stuck at the driver GPS, saying he needs to drop off passenger. and there were no option to cancel booking or even call or text the driver. the app just says this feature is not available at the moment. until I refreshed the app, and I realise the driver has cancelled my booking 15 mins ago. DOWNLOAD GRAB INSTEAD

the price keeps increasing. i've been using this app and one other app at the very same time, the other one's price doesn't change, and this one does. AND, i recently subscribed thinking it would change anything, just to find out that the price gets HIGHER. how is that possible right? with the very same range. it said that it'd give you a 8k off or whatever. i only got 1,5k off and it's still more expensive than the other one i know. if this stays the same i'm dropping this app forever.

You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

DISHONEST company. I usually always use Go-Transit, but yesterday the price suddenly raising adding a total of 12k-15k increase. No news, no announcement, just a sudden huge price change. The problem is when I tried going the same destination using normal go-ride, the price is only 39k. But with Go-Transit, Gojek raise the price to a whooping 54k. If I use the discount coupon (I bought the monthly pack) the price is same 39k like normal go-ride. I feel your monthly package is worthless fyi.

This app is ok and has lots of functionality, however, the lack of surge / variable pricing means drivers will not take the job when traffic is busy or if you need to travel outside of the main centres. This is a fundamental and basic flaw that means Gojek cannot be relied on when needed. I do not blame the drivers at all as prices are fixed too low to cover costs in these scenarios.

This apps bug for me when ordering gofood. So i was trying to see the description of the food on the menu when i tap it, it didn't pop up like usual. The way i can see the details by adding 1 of the food to my cart, then i pressed back and tapped again to the restaurant i was ordering and it fixed the issue. My phone is Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro which is 7 years old phone, please fix it.

You have released a new feature so I can pay to find a driver faster? My method of doing that is to use Grab. Every time it rains your application is useless. It takes forever to get a driver. When I do, they are 10 minutes away. If they don't cancel, they decided to sit and wait for me to cancel. Whatever is wrong with your app/business model, fix it. As it is, you are unrelaiable.

Whenever I order for gofood the address keeps changing on their own l, had this happen 5x already over random periods. ive had times where the adress is kept for months since ive only used that and it just randomly switches to this one address I used once a long while back despite not having that address saved. please fix/lmk what I did wrong its annoying cuz now I have to tip them for having to change delivery address
