Very bad experience, not recommended at all. First, they show availability of flavours of cakes and when payment is paid on-line, they start making lame excuses for unavailability of the said order. Moreover, they don't bother to adjust the payment in some other flavour of cake. They don't give the payment back.

I made an order on app which was altered by shopkeeper and made on call service. I received my order without bill. When I called the customer service to resolve my issue and give me points for my purchase, they kept saying "nothing can be resolved now" and no points were given. They also only defend their outlet workers instead of working for customer. Update: the issue was resolved by customer service after I contacted them on email and they also granted me the points

The bar code on the app has disappeared, and it is not showing despite reinstalling the app. Therefore, no points are being earned or redeemed.

Super cool app....i m 1000%satisfied with this app... little issue is why online transaction not working....its just mild disturbing otherwise, the service is damn satisfied... I suggest this app also other people bcz they should gain benefit from this app n they'll definitely enjoy...

Useless app. They never deliver and say things are not available every time. Their things are always out of stock.

Haven't been able to change my number.. I paid online twice and the order was cancelled after waiting for more than 2 hours.. neither were the items delivered nor was the amount paid was reimbursed and I'm taking about orders worth thousands.

Installed the App, added items in the cart it took me to registration screen. Entered all the required information, tapped on Sing Up button which took me to the OTP screen. I am still waiting for OTP to be received but no chance of it that I will be getting it in the near future.

Useless app. Forces you to turn your location on rather than letting you manually choose your location. Couldn't see anything near my residence as I was not physically there at the time of searching. Uninstaller right away.
