Very easy to purchase the ticket. The Greyhound App worked great. Hopefully, the trip will go smoothly as well. Unfortunately, in my experience, things often don't go well since Flix purchased Greyhound; Flix branded busses have left friend stranded multiple times due to busses not running on time and causing missed connections. Hopefully, this is a Greyhound branded bus and it will live up to Greyhound's apparently higher standards. Greyhound puts their parent company Flix to shame.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with transportation services. So before you decide to book a trip using Greyhound I would try to find any other way to go. I wouldn't go on a trip if this was the only service I had to pick from. This app does not do what it says it does. You can't change your date or times and you can not get a refund even if there refund policy says you can. The only number you can talk to a live person does not speak english and they are rude.

I purchased a ticket and they have no record of it. I had to call the bank to cancel the purchase x 3 and now it takes 90 days to get refunded. It also doesn't help when you can't understand the customer sales rep. because they speak broken English, very broken!! So I asked to speak to a different rep I was told they can't transfer calls to anyone else....smmfh. Greyhound sucks and now they have almost $600 tied up while I wait in my refund!!!

2 times I've booked a trip they got delayed by over 6 hours and many people I've met on both trips have had the same issue happen before. This is ridiculous to happen multiple times for many people. When I even ask the people at the desk it's like I get ignored and they don't even tell me what's going on. One time I even got stuck here for hours my bus was so late because they didn't even have a driver for it, but they still had it available for booking. The inconsistency is unbelievable

I'm stuck in the hospital and can't make my bus. I panicked and canceled my trip when I should have asked for a complete refund. Now I'm out of money and out of luck because greyhound policy doesn't allow refunds after cancelation. Did I mention I'm in the hospital??? Customer service means nothing to greyhound! If I didn't have to use them I wouldn't. Now my next paycheck will go to another ticket giving them more money I don't have to give because it's a smaller paycheck. Thanks for nothing!

For the people who left 5 star ratings, you should be ashamed of yourself! This is the ABSOLUTE worst way to travel, they don't offer food vouchers anymore, the busses are constantly late everytime, some of the drivers are VERY nasty, mean people who don't want to help at all, and if you miss your connection bus because the driver was late you literally have to jump through fire hoops to get any kind of cooperation from the staff who constantly have attitudes as you're bothering them! 0 stars!!!

I will say it's 50/50 for me because yes it does get me to where I need to be at an affordable price but the space is very small I really can't bring as much as I want to and the seats are (SUPER SMALL) an snug. I am 205lbs and it is a tight fit in the seats. So any bigger/ wide hips I'd recommend buying two seats. You really can't move but if it's only a few hours your good but LONG ride then I'd recommend buying 2seats as well. But AFFORDABLE is the best. O an be 20min early. FYI!

Coaches were a smooth ride and clean, operators were very professional and on time. Only 1 problem with my trip. The customer service department that is severely lacking. Sitting in KC because of a broken down coach (while 3 busses at the terminal and not allowing operator to use one because the number above the door wasn't 110). Completely asinine. A coach is a coach. Operator Latoria went to bat for her passengers and was finally allowed to take an idle coach after 2+ hrs. Give her a raise.
