Buck Styles

The app does locate its own speakers and no longer works. HK is NOT interested in fixing the issue based on the number of similar comments dating back to 2023. If you have a Samsung, you can use your phone's multiple bluetooth speaker play to use multiple speakers simultaneously. It is now a hidden setting after some previous updates. This app is unsupported trash.

Inconsistent connections to my HK Studio 4's. When it does,it struggles to find more than one speaker (both speakers are within 5ft of phone). When it does connect to both (rare), and I can put in stereo mode, it's awesome. I wish the connections were more consistent. The app just hangs on "Discovering."

Does not find either of my 2 HK Onyx 8 speakers. I expected the app to function like my UE Boom app to connect my 2 UE Megaboom speakers. This app just spins with "discovering" on the screen despite my speaker being connected to my phone already, or in pairing mode as this app directs. The speakers easily connected to each other without the app though, which was easier than my Booms.. they seem to need the app to connect more than one. Please do better with the app HK!

👎 so disappointed at this app, Is not pairing with the speaker, and im just in front of it, uninstalled/installed 4 times already. I'm considering returning my luna speaker just for the lack of efficiency of this app. I expected way more from this brand. I want to have access to see the speaker battery level, and to turn it on/off from the app, like with my UE boom 2 speaker app.

UPDATE: it actually works! I am not exactly sure what I did to get it to work. I think I hit the party mode on the app to get them off party mode first and then put them in stereo. J.U.S.T. B.A.D!!! Unistalled it and gave it another try because I really want it to work. It recognizes the speakers this time around IF I open the app before turning the speakers on, but it only goes on party mode (which I can do without the app) but not on stereo, which is what I need. J.U.S.T. B.A.D!!!

if you have invested in the HK's, cut your losses and go to Sonos. the app is beyond worthless as well. Speakers don't stay on, even when plugged in, so EVERY TIME you want to turn on some tunes, you need to re-power each speaker..., and then do the HK connect dance with each one, which has zero consistency to which variation of connection methods work.

Great speakers but the app doesn't work right most of the time. Wont detect speakers, even though they're connected or it won't give me stereo. There's an issue every time I use them. I expect more from this company. Very disappointed! And apparently no one is monitoring this site, because I don't see any responses from the manufacturer. I feel cheated.

Developers: As an IT professional I don't understand your lack of response and poor performance of your app. I really tried to make it to work I have used 4 Apple devices with different iOS version as in case one had a particular bug and around 5 Android devices. None able to connect. I repeat none. 9 devices are unable to find already connected to Bluetooth speaker. This is a huge problem and I don't know what is going on but someone is really screwing up here and I am positive it's not users
