For months now Order ahead has had issues. I place deli order ahead almost weekly. For months now whenever I use the app I get a message that there's a service outage and there working to get online ordering back online. I get the same error on multiple devices and have for months. I can order from a browser without issue but don't waste your time using the app to order ahead.

I had nothing but trouble with this app. On my tablet I went all the way through an order after logging in, only to discover at the end my cart was somehow empty. Then I tried doing it on my phone and the app displayed an error page when I tried to log in. I had to use Instacart and rebuild my order from memory, which didn't go so well

Really wish the bugs would get worked out of the app. Too many times of please try again unable to proceed. have to log out and back in and get to almost submitting order before it does it again. Takes multiple trials before being able to place an order.

It is really aggravating that you can't see the weekly ads in the app. It takes you off the app, to the website and then it weirdly sorted. So the only way to see the ads is you have to continuously sort.

The app works well except I can't get the pay feature to work, always crashes. I've tried to reset and reinstall but no luck. It worked fine in the Kroger version but our new area doesn't have Kroger and the coupons are different.

Have always loved the app, but at the moment, it is unusable because it keeps signing me out of my account every time I open it or try to navigate to any page on the app. Will go back to 5* when fixed, but the app is broken in its current state. Clearing data/cache and reinstalling did not fix.

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse, it got worse. Absolute nightmare now. Totally unusable. The old app was great. The new online experience sucks apps. I've stopped shopping and moved over to other grocery stores as a result.

The main reason I have the app has been the order ahead option for pizza and subs. Either I've gone blind or the option is gone. It's still available via web browser but app was way more convenient. Please bring back the feature or tell me where it's hiding. Thanks!
