Past few weeks on the most current version, the text on the rewards screen showing my unclaimed rewards is blank. It's apparently still there cuz I can press around on the screen until it starts collecting my rewards but it's just not displaying the text or the button. Have uninstall and cleared everything it will work 1 time then stop again.

Seems to be multiple "update to latest to fix" replies in here but many releases have a new issue. Id like to see a stronger focus on quality. Specific example: can't sent mobile token out and a crash in tutorial back to back releases. Upgrade to 1.5.2 to fix one, then run into the next issue, then to upgrade again to 1.5.3. Disappointing. Latest: I'm seeing the information not load and just stuck on spinners. It does show my hotspots names, but when I click it just stays on the spinner.

Nice update.... part 2. Today was the 2nd time, the app updates, and now I cannot re connect to my account. The first time, I ended up reinstalling the app and having to reinstall my certificate. This took days to eventually figure out, and no one from support has responded to my inquiry to this day. When the app works I have no real complaints, but these lockouts feel like a rug at times.

In a previous review I bemoaned the lack of a "reboot" tool in the management menu, and gave the app a 2 star rating because of the obvious oversight; but today when I logged in I was greeted with one! Kudos to the devs for listening to their customers and implementing suggested features. The app is turning into a well-rounded and useful tool for the remote management of hotspots. 5 stars for improvement.

Can not send my tokens out!! The wallet part does not let you send you tokens out! The problem was fixed with the new update, but only after coin dropped in price. Couldn't send when it was worth it to sell. Anyways, problem is fixed, so that is good. Just be aware that your funds are held at the whim of the developers unless you get your own decentralized wallet. Appreciate the fix.

I do not know what has changed, but I can see my Helium earnings-enabled wifi on my Helium SIM phone now and the speed and reliability of the connection are solid. I used to have trouble connecting to my Helium wifi, no more! It's crazy to me only 8-ish thousand wifi hotspots exist.

all u having issues setting your height & gain or app crashes on you. So instead of doing some research, you decide to come drop a bad review while complaining about how you cant deploy.... while mentioning "its not a good look forr a new business," or w.e. 1st, Helium is not a new business! I deployed my OG White Nova Labs $HNT Hotspot back in late 2019. 2nd, there's so many other methods to update your specs. Web3 has a huge learning curve! Edit: Anytime Helium 5G! 3 Golden 🪿 & 3 🥚so far!

How a company can publicly release such a buggy, slow mess of an app is perplexing. Extremely sluggish, bricked one of my hotspots after a failed onboard, crashes randomly. It's a mess.
