The app keeps disturbing while I try to filter my choices and then unexpectedly shuts down. Yesterday, I lost all my favourite clothes and carte shopping list. It was empty. Now I don't even remember which clothes I wanted to buy. I give up..... It is also annoying that they have a limited space to add our favourite clothes. I wish they expanded it and made sub categories under favourite section where we had favourite sections for pants, dress, skirts etc. instead of scrolling the whole list.

The recent update to the app has made it much harder to use. The new interface is confusing, and it’s not easy to find specific categories or items anymore. It's just a copy of Zara! The search functionality is less intuitive, and it takes more time to navigate to what you’re looking for. Overall, the app used to be much more user-friendly, but now it's frustrating and time-consuming. My purchases has gone down from weekly to none in recent months! Hoping for improvements in the next update

The app init self is great, simple, and clean.. but I've been having issues with it forever. I didn't have the app on my phone for roughly a year or just over because it wouldn't let me open it. Recently downloaded again, it opens but crashes or while browsing, suddenly it'll say page unavailable for every product or error in checkout. The only fix is to close and relaunch but it's garanteed to happen again in the next few minutes.

I hate the new app.I used to get everything for me and my daughter from H&M but since they updated the app,I can't find what I want.What was the point of changing it?The old one was perfectly fine.It looks like they just trying to copy Zara.Even the models,all very skinny,tall with no body shape.Totally unrealistic.I've been a loyal customer for many years but sadly going to have to find a replacement.

Badly customer centric. H&M is expensive in India yet they send very cheap finished products, for example free threads on surface of pants etc. Packing through which they deliver is bad. Most importantly, if you submit review on product the app just won't take it. Payment options are very limited too. As an app and service it's bad. I guess they just want you to visit store

Since the app has been updated I can't get no further than the page that comes up after continue to payment. It's not letting me scroll up only has the cross in top left corner. Never ever had an issue shopping before. Then I keep getting emails saying "you've left this in your basket". Been Trying for hours to buy a dress. Uninstalled/Reinstalled app and cleared cache and still the same!! Not Impressed. Why mess with an app that was great?

The new app design is terrible. Difficult to use and just impossible to quickly find what you are looking for and add yo cart. I use apps for convinient shopping, as for now, it's the opposite. I want to quickly and easily browse through categories, without gigantic pictures of one singe item pushed into my face. Simply terrible, bring the old design back.

Agree with all other users expressing dissapointment of the recent app design update and product showcase photos. The previous design was easy to navigate and straight forward in its approach. This new one has been frustrating and gives me the urge to leave the app. The photos don't help in seeing how the product really looks nor give tasteful (not runway) outfit ideas. The models are too fashiony and won't allow the clothes to be shown in a more "this is how it really looks" way.
