Got a new phone and redownloaded the app. It took some trial and error to get it to recognize the new phone and app but eventually did. It's much better than the old app. Much smoother and functional. I really appreciate them listening and responding to customer feedback. This app doesn't fail all the time like the last one.

I'll come back and update this review if anything changes, but for now, this is the best smart home type app I've used. Mainly, it's not glitchy or slow, setup was easy and quick, everything works well, and its been quite responsive/fast to update. My only complaint is that my thermostat said to install the Honeywell home app, which lead to a moment of confusion, but that's more on the thermostat firmware being outdated.

This app is subpar and definitely inferior. The geofence feature is why I bought this thermostat and it doesn't reliably work. When it fails to work properly I have to restart the phone uninstall and reinstall the app and reconfigure the Wi-Fi. It's annoying to have to do this frequently. It should be set up once and continue working in perpetuity. The app needs a serious overhaul so that it can deliver on the services it provides reliably. I would encourage customers to look for other services.

Works OK, but implementation seems fairly limited. The interplay of different air temperature sensors with, and how they control the T10+ thermostat is unclear and confusing. Also no direct compatibility with Home Assistant, but a bit of a kluge available through HomeKit. Would love to have my T10+ floor slab temperature sensor broadcast to the mobile app and Home Assistant (through HomeKit) -that information would be very helpful in judging how the floor slab temperature maximum should be set.

App is great. The only thing it's missing is the ability to set a range, like you can on a Google Nest, and just have the temperature stay in that range. Currently you have to pick heat or cold schedule. This time of year, when it's cold at night and hot during the day, it would be nice to be able to set a range, for example, of 68 - 72 degrees fahrenheit, and the heat or AC would just turn on as needed to keep it in that range.

Extremely Limited app. When I merged TCC into Resideo, the Resideo app doesn't enable me to set a filter reminder for my other thermostat/system, which has a 4" filter and a much longer lifespan than my other system's filter. Also, the Resideo app doesn't enable me to rename my TCC thermostat. Basically, I can't see any advantages to either of my thermostats by having the Resideo app or wifi capability. Therefore, I'll be uninstalling both.

App work fine for 2 days. Now, the app says unit is offline, and I can't control anything. Reconnected the WIFI, rebooted the modem, router, deleted the app, and reinstalled the app, but the app us not working says offline. Called tech support everything checked out ok with thermostat, so the end result call my internet provider. All checks with internet provider all good. Still off line on app. App is trash.

Have already reached out to support several times with no resolution, and dev address does not reply. Kind of clunky. It has potential, but it needs more customization and access to more settings and information that's on the thermostat. I should be able to see the breakdown of when and what heat was used for the day instead of just a total (which doesn't break down stage 1, 2, and aux like the Nest does) temperature and humidity of each sensor and thermostat, for example.
