Why do you keep adding more ads? Every time you want to load the camera you get an ad, when you switch cameras you get an ad, when you load the app you get an ad. Even after a year of updates I still can't recommend any products using this app, and the camera itself is great! Bugs do get fixed eventually with updates but there's really no excuse to putting ads on a paid product.

I'm having problems,the pro cam will not recognise the SD card,and the rewards system would be good if it worked. Ive tried it on 2 phones,I can walk past it and it doesn't pick me up,sometimes it will. And support just keeps sending me an email saying send logs. Done that. . PS. Thanks for your prompt reply,but I have the latest download. I'll try the beta. Cheers. Update! I've joined beta and the app is better,but still doesn't recognise the SD card everytime. Getting there.

Used to be very good, but now it gives you a human detection notification 15 minutes to an hour and a half later. What's the point then? Getting quite fed up. After the newest update the app does not show "events" anymore! So disappointing!!! Not everyone cam afford to have cloud storage and record 24/7 but the feature where it shows a kind of screen shot when you clicked on "human detection " was very nice, now it's just gone!

The alerts are delayed. No person alert on the new update, this always happens when they release an update. Keep getting, "The device is offline." EVERYTHING is working, just not the camera. I hate updating the app because then there's another newer problem. There shouldn't be (ANY) advertisements on your security system. That's not right at all. If you want to check who's on your property, you need to wait for a 30-second ad, and then you can see once the person is already stealing your stuff

This app is becoming worse than it was previously. There is adds now creating a delay when I want to log in after receiving a notification and end up being too late to see what's going on at home and why the camera alerted me. The group view setting keeps disappearing now with the latest version. And doing playback and download is often a problem too, where in the past I had no problem.

The app gets worst after each update. This time it's the ultimate stupidity. Forces you to watch 2 ads after viewing each camera. Please don't ever install any CCTV systems that require this app. Use other branded CCTV. Eventhough it's slightly more expensive but their app never forces you to view ads even without subscriptions. I am removing all the Chinese brand CCTV and this app immediately. Nonsense.

The app pushes for the cloud purchse and if you dont purchase it discontinues the option to view recordings on the installed memory cards however if you use the cloud it states you don't need the cards because it is better so the cards are really not available to be used. Also, after the trial period, the cameras start doing erroneous things like scanning and then locking on an upward position focusing on a soffit or the sky and staying there until you reposition it and then it will eventually

Beware of this application. Dont buy any cameras using this application, becarful. I started to buy other cameras not using this app and i am very happy , enjoying my cameras. This application is full of ads makes you hate your cameras, you pay money for Ads not for security. Also, always camera offline and no updates at all. Don't install at all
