I can't schedule any timer. It seems there's a new app so I downloaded it. Neither one allows me to set up a daily schedule. The schedule calendar just shows a calendar when you click "Schedule". I've had problems with this product since Day 1. It is always such a process to try and get this terrible non user friendly App to connect, schedule, and remain saved. The only reason I'm keeping this product is because I can't return it and it was expensive. Once it's kaput, I'm trying something new

frustrating. The phone needs to be almost next to the device to connect. Setting a zone to a desired time is next to impossible. sometimes it works but most often it doesn't. With the time wasted to get the timer to work it's just as easy to go to the tap and turn it on then come back later and turn it off. Come on guys.. you need to do better. I can't trust the app to work correctly. on reading all the complaints I regret buying the unit.

Man Without Prejudice

This has been a nightmare of 2 years! I've spent multiple hours on multiple attempts to just remedy the connection to my phone last year, and this year... can't even get in at all. Yes, new batteries, talking with techs and local industry venders, and nothing but a WASTE OF TIME! It's nice I can run it manually for an hour, but you get the same result from a plastic POS from cheap stores for 1/10th the $$$. DON"T BUY IT IF THEY WON"T FIX IT!!!

This was working great for last year or 2 but suddenly took a turn. Controller's a.m./p.m. has switched so watering schedule is completely flipped no wonder veggies are wilting almost look dead even with 3x watering a day. Reinstalled app, restarted phone, controller finally 'available' but crashes when try to access. This is for work, on a Pixel 6. Says compatible at install with no updates available. New battery. Wifi location and Bluetooth all on. No other device to use. Please fix thank you!

Finally works! After the last update to the previous app, my timer wouldn't reliably come on each day and turning it on manually may or may not work. If I did get lucky enough to have it turn on manually, if I went back in to the app to check the time, it immediately shut off and reset to the original start time. Extremely frustrating! But this new app that looks pretty much the same is working as it should. It would be nice to have a notification when it successfully comes on/goes off though.

They did not make this app easy to use at all, setting the timer is funky and why won't it record Last Run time? It makes it hard to trust! Just came back to find my citrus trees nearly dead, who knows when it last watered! Last Run Time feature needs to work guys! IT'S just as important as being able to set it to run on schedule which I suspect it doesn't do either.

Horrible app. Very difficult to use because it's not laid out well. Try and set up a manual time not an easy thing to do. Water valve OK, but app very poor. Bluetooth range not good although it's 5.0 disappointing. Maybe it does not poll or send out a signal very offen, is the problem.

i only changed the batteries on the device and now it refuses to connect back to the app, nothing to troubleshoot it works, the app offers virtually no help, now I'm left with a 100 dollar paperweight, this is outright disgusting obsolescence.
