The app simply does not work. It doesn't matter whether I enter my Saga Club number or my email address, I get the same error message each time: "You haven't verified your account. Please check your email for a verification link." But then they never send the link. Checked spam folder. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing. Reached out to customer service multiple times on the glitch. Their responses were useless.

This app is terrible.Their website is not much better. You enter info & it gets changed or disappears. I'm scheduled to fly next week & I've called them 3x but their csr's are not able to handle this.They ask you to update the app & when I click on the link, there's no option to update. They want you to do everything on the app, then make it impossible to accomplish. Beyond frustrated. The website has added 2 profiles for 1 of our companions with the wrong middle name on 1 & we can't correct it!

Had insurance and rebookable ticket included, on the site (and app) the rebooking ticket costs 129, and because I'm getting error, I called support, talked for almost an hour just to end up accepting having have to pay over 1000 instead of the 129 as shown both online and on the app. What a fkn scam! Insurance don't mean anything even when the differences match.

It's the second time the first boarding pass out of my two flights disappeared from the app, had to get a printed one from the desk. Basic functionality that is not working, makes the app pretty much useless.

Your data isn't safe here. No verification on anything. Someone hacked my account, used my points, and then customer service took a solid week to respond. Their response was to blame me despite this being the only account that was compromised. What sort of website doesn't have multi-factor authentication these days? Oh wait they do... for deleting your account. Which can only be done with the app.

Possibly the worst airline app I have ever used, with so many issues, but the most unbelievable was, while boarding on a DUB to BOS flight, my boarding pass for the first leg of the flight just disappeared from the app after my wife had her pass scanned. The flight info was still there, our boarding passes for the second leg were there, but not for the first leg. Her pass and mine were gone, leaving me on the wrong side of the gate with no boarding pass. Unbelievable!!!

Boarding pass crashed as we were boarding. We checked in. We got our boarding passes, which we used to go through two security doors. As we were trying to board, the app crashed saying we never checked in. Obviously the staff could tell something went wrong so we managed to board but it was scary experience. Even the staff said they had no idea what had happened. Other than that, everything works smoothly.

Easy to find what I was looking for most of the time. I am not sure the app has any real advantages over the website,so I am expecting a flood of marketing from "partner companies". Not looking forward to that. Quite hard to find the boarding pass to print it in advance. Lots of ads for upgrades, food, car rental, but since they work on my husband who bought food, they obviously work, so I'll live with/continue to ignore them. 😉
