Inaccurate Bus Information : The timetable or search results show 5 out of 10 buses that aren't actually scheduled. This leads to confusion and makes it difficult to rely on the information provided.Slow Search Functionality : When selecting the starting point and destination, the system takes an excessively long time to find a route. This delay affects the user experience and makes the service inconvenient. Rating : If it were possible to rate this service as zero stars, i would.

The tracking feature functions as intended. However, I would like to inquire about the necessity of requesting phone and microphone permissions. It would be beneficial to update the application and eliminate these unnecessary permissions. Ideally, the tracking feature should operate without requiring access to these permissions. Additionally, the requirement for a Gmail login appears excessive and should be removed entirely. Such a requirement is not essential for the application's functionality

Worst app ever - never works for traking everytime it either shows that it doesn't have a valid connection or when i search with bus number it doesn't appear on the screen whereas in other apps internet is working but here the app doesn't take load

1. Inaccurate location tracking 2. Frequent server errors 3. Slow loading times 4. Difficulty finding bus routes/timings 5. Inconsistent updates 6. Lack of real-time information 7. App glitches (crashing, freezing) 8. Incorrect bus numbers/routes display "GSRTC Live Location is useless! Shows incorrect location and bus timings.

This falls short in usability and reliability. Its outdated interface, frequent glitches, and lack of essential features make booking a frustrating experience. The absence of real-time bus tracking and poor customer support add to the disappointment. Improvement is urgently needed for a smoother user experience.

Very good app to track the Bus. But one difficulty is that we can not select Past time. I.e. at 7.01 , I can not select 7:00 which filters out most relevant results. And you know no Buses of gsrtc would reach destination exactly at the specified time. Request you to allow selection of at least 30 minutes later than the current time. Thanks

The app is very useful when traveling from place to place. Especially the people who are down every day using the app can know the exact time of the bus which saves them a lot of time. Often a bus is canceled but it is a waste of time waiting for the lack of information and finally getting annoyed. This application is very useful but does not work due to some error since 6/9/19. Request to be updated.

This app is not working properly getting error so Kindly resolved the issue when we are search through PNR number so getting error invalid input kindly correct this error and solved this issue also when we are track through Bus Number so showing wrong details and wrong route so kindly check and clear the bugs
