Works as far as combining the receipt and the expense but 2 main problems are I just about have to take a photo of a receipt twice. I do it once, go to look for the photo and it's not there. I do it a second time and then it's there. It takes me twice the time and is a pain!

New version 2020 is poor on my new Samsung Galaxy A20. Changed from a Samsung J1(2016) and old/original app was a bit slow but reliable. New app will not accept PIN numbers on the screen keypad - just the first digit then nothing for MINUTES. Other updated apps work fine, in fact VERY fast. Please FIX quickly Inlogik!!!!

Before the upgrade, the app was brilliant, as it made monthly reconciliation so simple. Following the upgrade, photos of receipts won't upload. I get a red cross when I 'OK' the image - with no guidance as to what the error is.

Terrible. It logs off while you're using it. It allows you to take multiple photos for a transaction, but not to upload them. When you add a photo to a transaction, it kicks you out of that transaction and you have to find it again for coding.

A Google user

Does not work properly with Galaxy S10. Maybe it's the Android version or maybe it's the large screen? Either way, doesnt read anything on the bottom few centimetres of the screen. It's a pain as that's where the next or submit buttons are.

Hopelessly inefficient. I'm pressuring my workplace to remove this as the company app now as the new BDM. CONSTANT issues with login, login requirements and the hours you waste across the entire company is astoundingb and we could have more easily analysed all our corporate accounts and cards 10x over. Nothing intuitive. I wish I could send these guys and invoice for time lost. AVOID!!!!!

Useless app. Pin keypad doesn't register touch, have to press hard and repeatedly press to get a response. Receipts saved in receipt wallet disappear by the time I next log in, captured receipts never upload, app appears frozen and the only option is to go back, leaving no receipt attached.

Many captured receipts disappear and don't make it to the system The App has all of the accounting codes option EXCEPT the one associated with purchasing food or accommodation while travellingl!!! A huge waste of time
