The application does not work as I created a new account and when trying to use it does not recognize the account. I tried to recover the password, same problem.

The app needs to improve slightly sometimes it shows an empty wallet other times it shows the correct amount. Other than that great service, the cars are fully clean and new. I tried three different pick up locations in Riyadh and everything was easy.

The app is not working properly. I got in touch with customer support on WhatsApp, they didn't even put any effort into understanding the issue and threw a survey to rate them disregarding my complaints. The app drew money from my card without any service provided. Run away. Uber and Careem are the best.

The application crashes a lot,everytime i move to another app in my mobile and come back ,it closes the trip page and i have to press many time to open the trip page

Always problems with the app. Whenever one issue is solved, another one appears. Customer service on Whatsapp almost never works. They either don't reply, or they say their "team" will "look into it" and "get back", but you never hear back. Over phone they can help with unlocking cars manually when you have an issue, but it's annoying to have to call when the app is supposed to do this for you. It's a shame, because the service itself is very useful.

Works great when you can find a car available. Only two problems I have with it: The extra rates for gas and extra km are not easy to find. Yes, there is a contract, but such rates should be visible in the app too. Second one is finding your last booking where you need to pay extra fees. Your past booking are not organized and finding your last booking is not straight forward.

The service got awful recently. I used to recommand shift, but recently I higly suggest to look somewhere else and no waste time further. Most of the time you end up with no car or dead battery or wasting time trying to reach customer support. And it is a fight to get money back...not saying you need to check every single receipt and contact them to remove unwanted surprises. Really, stay away

Too much of fraud..they bill one amount before contract and they come up later saying you have pending amount. They charge fuel price differntly once they charge me 20 riyal and once 50 riyal no standards. The most dangerous part is you need to pay through credit card. Now the due balance amount is deducted directly from the card without any permission of the card holder. Really too much hiding in their transactions
