I take a vehicle from ezhire. After my rental some amount is showing as outstanding. They already debit that amount in my account. After debiting i chevk the in app outstanding amount shown as Zero. Then after few hours again i check in app again show the same debited amount as shown as outstanding. I contact the customer care but they not help me and not give any help to that. So people not selected this rent a car. So many hidden charges are there. The amount is debited without any information

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend their services at all. Their finance team is extremely unprofessional, they sent me an invoice and charged me two months after I rented a car. Additionally, their call support team is completely uninformed about billing issues.

This is we are facing a problem. Now day's please lot of mistake on coding why because when trying to car if supposed to receive call message then app again go's back to home menu these most problem. Some branches are not available or closed why app is kept that all locations @playstore please verify the all issue then accept. We kept delivery time around morning 9'o clock but still we didn't getting car and half one hour finished when they deliver lot issue for app bonus money also not accept

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this rental company. After renting a car that had dangerous brake issues,they put my life in danger. Additionally, they withdrew money from my account without my consent, and I was charged a fine without any clarification, no picture, or details provided,despite multiple requests. This is completely unacceptable, and their lack of transparency and accountability shows poor customer care and respect for consumers.I would not recommend!

Worst experience ever with a rental car company. They don't provide enough info while you make a booking. Then, if you try reaching out to them, they'll keep you waiting for long and come back with an unfavourable suggestion. Such an unprofessional people, never gonna try this again.

Car condition was unacceptable. I asked for a replacement car but they never came through so I canceled my reservation ahead of time. People are nice and try to help though. Edit: eZhire never reached out to me to replace the car as suggested by the reply. In addition, I was wrongfully charged for damages for the car. Summary:DO NOT USE. They provided me with a car that endangered my life and the lifes of people around me and the charged me to fix the car. Worst experience ever. stay safe.

It is one of the worst services . After they charged my card, they texted that they were canceling my booking because it was an alansari card even tho all other companies take it, and they already charged me the full amount . The support that called me wasn't helpful at all and unprofessional. Until now, no refund was issued, and they said it would take 2 days . If you value your time and money, find another service.

It's very complicated service!!! Delivery/Pick up Staffs Polite and supportive. But when they sharing important informations which is related to payment related procedures it's tricky and pay more attention to this matter. You may loose money unconditionally.. And Customers care people are not supportive to understand problem they will still tried take money from you! They don't want satisfy customer and keep the loyalty! This is the first and last time with eZhire. Better stay away from :(
