I liked the iSolarCloud app at first, but it consistently shows outdated and inaccurate data. For example, when I shut down the inverter and battery, the app continues to display solar and battery usage as if the system is still running. After comparing the app data with the inverter’s local information, I realised the app can’t be trusted. I’m now unsure where to turn for reliable information about my system’s performance.

The stats reported can be wrong at times and can take a few refreshes before it corrects itself. The reported earnings is incorrectly calculated on the consumption tariff * feed in kWh, not feed in tariff * feed in kWh. You have to swap the values for it to be shown correctly. Resetting the revenue is limited to 3 times a month, they seem to be doing this manually? I reset, but still shows the same amount.

Device: Google 7 Pro This app is very clunky. The power management settings aren't displayed after a schedule has been set. We get a confirmation "task completed " however looking in the settings there's nothing. Either the tasks has been completed and it's not being displayed in the settings or the task wasn't completed. Either way better programming of this app would be appreciated. I have noticed other recent reviews buying issues with this app on Google Pro 7 devices....is there a bug ?

updating (live values) should be the default and there is still an error after refreshing manually that old values are presented. combination with the ev charger is challenging. charger upgrades are done in another app (iEnergyCharger). the control from isolarcloud is sometimes faulty (eg. starting/stopping loading). well, the overall app is nice and i like the eco charging mode.

There is good data available. However that's offset by other issues. Because it's cloud based you have no control over data access. If there is an outage then data is not stored. And twice now it has come up with a random message about changing password.

After update, app wont open now. update 24hrs later... After advising Sungrow, they acknowledged the fault and re issued a corrective update within 24hrs for their isolarcloud app. The update has corrected the errors causing the app to crash, now it works fine again. I also suggested issuing a basic 'simple to operate'/ 'user friendly' version of tge app for those who just want the basic functionality to help us estimate what our next electricity bill might look like... as well as to charge batt

My iSolarCloud app on my Pixel 7Pro does not launch after the latest update. Is it possible to rollback to the previous version. Update: I saw an updated version of the app was available later in the afternoon and now everything is up and running. Thank you for the quick turnaround

19/11/24 Updated and just as bad and my phone suggests I put it to sleep and it has a bug!!! Can't check more than daily output, if try weekly/monthly it keeps flicking back to home screen. Annoying!!
