A Google user

I was thinking it was due to the connection, but have had it happen with the best connections. Will hear the same thing multiple times and then pauses and then starts again. Unsure what is happening. Is annoying and causes my listening to fall behind throughout the day. (UPDATE July 18, 2019) Unsure what is happening now. the past few weeks have had issues with it loading during live listening and have had to force shutdown to restart the live stream. Now it will not start.

Frustrating. The streaming is unstable where it stops and starts every several minutes and the new issue is audio ads for Dell computers that suddenly play every couple minutes, sometimes back to back, and these are not synced with commercial breaks so I'm missing the show every time the ad plays which defeats the point of using this app in the first place.

Trying to be fair - I feel the app design and UI is pretty good. I can easily find the show that's currently streaming, plus previously recorded shows I want to listen to. However, as several other reviewers mention, the streaming is extremely unstable. "Weak or no internet connection" is often the messaging I receive. I use Android, and there are times (inconsistently) that even when my phone screen locks, the app will also stop streaming. So, I get like 2 good minutes of the show before it shuts off again. Loading and listening to the show consistently is a huge problem. My workaround is to go to the Kiro webpage from my phone's browser to listen to it there.

App is good for the podcasts... But that's about it. Often it won't load the list of podcasts until I force quit and restart the app. It constantly pushes "breaking news" notifications for mundane things that shouldn't be considered such...I've since disabled the notifications, making them useless for the eventual day when a REAL emergency news push notification is needed. It also doesn't stop playing podcasts when Bluetooth is disconnected so I have to stop it every time I leave the car.

This app repeats the last 15 seconds time and again. The stream constantly cuts out. Needs serious work. Makes you watch a video before streaming a radio feed that already has ad's in it. Annoying. It also just stops working and wont reload the stream. You then have to kill the app, wait 20 mins and then hope it works again.

I am a proud Seattleite. I work all over the country. I have had your app for a few years and all it does is frustrate me. Most of the time it does not load. But it does play the commercial. Carter Subaru I get it. But this app is terrible. it has no problem notifying me of news and shows, but I cant hear, stream or listen to anything. Especially pre and post game Seahawks. There are plenty of Hawks fans throughout the country and not allowed to listen because of market area. BS

If I start podcast for John Curley & Shari Elliker or Jack and Spike show, the app will start the show just fine, play for about 5 minutes and then stop playing and close the app. If I want to continue listening to the podcast, I have to open the app, find the podcast,start it, and find where I left off. It seems to happen less often with Gee and Ursula show.

This app is still garbage after many years. If i play it, the current audio keeps going so now i have 2 audio streams playing at the same time. This my second review of this garbage app. Don't reply to me that you appreciate the feedback, MAKE THE APP BETTER!
