Married/engaged profiles are not deleted evem after information to them. Profiles will not be according to our partner's preference. If we tell them, they will yell us to ignore. Their intension is to show no. of profiles. Very bad experience. Their sole intension is to make money. We won't expect free service from them. But in total their services are very poor. If paid members cant see the phone nos. due to ptivacy settings, what's the use of paid membership.

India's no1 worst match making app. Can see scammer and cheaters profile. 90% profiles are not active. I have 1 year paid membership and don't think I can find my partner even if I spend 5 years on this app. I don't even think about recommend this app to my enemy. Guys please don't waste your time here. It is not an ideal app for match making.

After paying and becoming a premium member. Initially it was good, I was able to send and receive messages with others but later the app stopped showing me messages whenevr the other person sends a text and funny of all is when I send a message, it remains in the queue without even sending to others, all it shows is waiting icon and also I see message notification in chat which shows the count of messages I receive but I really can't even find who has sent message and what the message is.

Putting it very straight forward, this app benefits only if both the parties are paid subscribed members. People with free registration are just dummies expecting to connect to paid members which does not happen....and you are forced to go for a membership plan to further communicate with profiles which one has liked or interested. This is what I have understood and experienced by using the app for almost a week and getting some likes and interests for profile created for my son.

You don't have options to keep your profile safe from fake profiles. They'll share your phone numbers to everyone who pays, most of the timepass candidates think it's an dating app and keeps spamming your number. It's v irritating. Can't find any help or support from the team. It feels like giving your number to display in public toilets, really frustrated with stupid people. also most of the preference setting are based on North Indian style. Renamed their base app to differwnt regional names

Most of them are soliciting for money or already married, 3rd class app is an understatement. Before I took subscription they advertised as I have tons of matches, immediately after opting for subscription not even a single match or responce. Customer service is equally 3rd class and unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time on this fake matrimonial app.

Parents/groom/bride who ever serious about search of correct match ,I insist not to use this app and mainly do not take memebership.site is full of fake profiles and no proper security. Customer service is bad. None of them know another language other than English or Hindi but they maintain "kannada,gujrati,telgu..etc" matrimony apps. Profiles get deleted when you accept it and like to proceed with the match.
