The app is slow. It needs lots of updates to be faster and to show the needed information clearly. Also, when i download a video, it stops downloading for no reason at all. I had enough from this app, and when I finally downloaded a video, it was only 15 seconds, which was shockingly disappointing. By the way, I used it in samsung and iPhone. The problems are the same. I hope they fix it so we can use it properly. (Please communicate with me if you have alternative apps I can use temporarily).

This app used to work well. But just recently 1) playback videos are all black. No visual, only audio. Only way to see videos is to download them. 2) Timestamp on the thumbnails are +12hr. Video timestamp correctly says 11:00 am but Roadcam thumbnail says 23:00 and when you click the thumbnail for the list of filenames, the time is listed correctly as 11:00.

Very poor performing app. It's slow, when it works, gets stuck most of the time needing shut down and restarted. It doesn't save changes I make to camera settings, well not entirely true, it does save a couple but others I change flip straight back to the default setting after saving. Download time is painfully slow, I take the memory card out of the camera when I need to and stick it in my laptop. To be honest, used app to set camera up in the car ensuring view was OK and will not use again!

I really like your cameras, and specifically purchased this one because it has Wi-Fi capabilities. However your app is is the worst I have ever used. I have had it for 6 months, and have only gotten it to connect with the camera about 3 times. And when it did connect, I couldn't do anything. I'm tech savvy enough to know that this app is a waste of time and I'm surprised, with the quality of your cameras, you would back it up with a good app.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an incident happen (hit an run with a pedestrian) right in front of me and when I found the footage I was unable to save it. I tried for an hour, maybe longer. I drove to my dad's so I could just upload it onto his laptop. Didn't realize that the footage automatically erased as you drove more and the footage never saved on my phone from the app. So clearly this app can not save any footage and clearly that's a must have. Please fix this app!!!!

This software is poorly written, freezes, crashes regularly, the app often fails to connect to my cameras, and viewing video from the dashcam is painfully slow, takes several minutes to open tiny seconds-long video files. Saving the files via the app often corrupts the video. Easily one of the worst apps on the app store. Note there are newer versions of this app on 3rd party app stores, but these are still very unreliable.

Ok, so the freedconn camera is ok, but the app SUCKS. Takes forever to connect and does not have a map, but in, the app shows a map. Does not record unless you're connected to that camera. So you ha e to ha e the app open to record and save. Plus I hate that it records in 15 second intervals. Just do not like the app for the Freedconn Pro.

tried to use as remote viewfinder for an event. app crashes within 2 minutes. while using the app the audio recording gets interference and breaks up if the camera is still recording. in the case where I start recording via the app, after crash I cant stop the recording at the camera and have to hard power down or remove the battery. Havent used it for photos or file transfer yet. Setup is real easy tho, and it automatically reminds you to set the wifi. 2 optimistic stars just for potential.
