Earbuds are good. App can be a lot better, e.g. display the last battery level of case and earbuds, not checking for updates so often and if checking why does it take so long to check, no possibility to cancel update checks. I couldn't even use the app during my last flight cos it kept checking for updates and obviously there was no internet connection.

The headphones will pair to the phone but won't show in the app. This means that I cannot turn off noice canceling. It is really annoying that you have to use the app to turn off noice canceling. I have to restart my phone so the headphones will show again in the app, every day if I want to use the app.

The APP works ok, connection was fine, custom EQ is great (since "Natural" doesnt really sound natural). One thing really bugging me is that the ANC cannot be turned off using a long tap on the buds, it cant even be congifured to do Something else (like turning it off). Please add this LG, the buds did impress me so far, but this means I can use neither ANC nor Ambient Mode since I cannot turn it off easily afterwards (and both drain battery!).

I really don't know what you all are about, but the product and the app are really good. But I have porblem with my earbuds: sometimes, like afte using them a while there is a weird noise in the background, why I have to completely reset my earbuds then to get that sound away, so I would give all in all a 9.5/10 to the earbuds and app combined.

Decent enough. Two complaints: 1. Everytime I tap "Bass Boost" on the equalizer, it ALWAYS seems to switch over to "Treble Boost." I can't understand why, so I just set it back to "Normal" mixing. 2. When I increase the volume, the beeping is at the same volume drone when adjusting the normal volume. When it gets to the warning, "this might impair your hearing" levels, that's when it plays the nicer-sounding boo-boops that adapt to volume. Shouldn't these be swapped around?

It's a good app, but urgently needs the following features: Ability to see battery levels for the case and each earbud at the top of the app, without having to navigate phone settings. Sony has this on their earbuds, should be implemented here too. Ability to turn off press and hold. You can turn off single tap, double tap etc. But for some reason this option doesn't exist for press and hold.

The apps does most pf the things it should do, however there's 2 things I would like to see improved: First one is not very important, but I's like to have the long press editable for left and right seperately instead of doing the same for each side so I can use all 3 modes (ANC, AS, off) without opening the app. Second is much more annoying to me. The sound it plays when the battery is low is very loud and does not let me enjoy music anymore. Please let me edit volume, or at least turn it off.

The App is not reading my SMS messages. It did a couple times, then stopped. It says it's reading the text messages but it's not. It's merely notifying me that I received one. Please bring back the previous software. I used it for YEARS and never had a problem. Nice that no one responds and the developer contact email address is fake. The email comes back as "no such user." Nice. Bring back Tone & Talk! Update... redownloaded Tone & Talk and it works!!
