For what it does, it works. You can change modes, set temperature, and set a basic schedule. You can control on/off based on geolocation if you allow it. The 1 star off is for what it doesn't do and really should. There are more things that should be app configurable such as the time (it should just update connected thermostats automatically), follow me, delay off display, beep, child lock, etc.

A/C came with wifi capability and very cryptic instructions. That did not work. The app itself found the USB dongle and a few easy steps later ir connected successfully. Hooked up another device, and app did the same thing. It has plenty of options to set scenes, schedules, geo scenarios, and so on. Highly recommended!

9/23/2020 now schedules no longer appear but the unit still follows them. can't control unit. emailed developers and no response. original: keeps losing connection. I have a synology router and over 40 devices with stable connections. this connects fine and setup is easy but after a few days it disconnects, wifi module light goes off on the ductless aire unit, and it won't reconnect without setting it up again. stupid. waste of money. also, keeps deleting schedules on its own.

You do not need the permissions it is asking for to assist a thermostat - access to all photos. access to precise location even in the background. Access to all storage to allow profile picture upload. This is such a blatant attempt at data mining. These things were not required when I purchased the equipment, they should not be required now under the veil of (local weather and profile picture)

Google Assistant stopped working after working for an entire year without a problem. I tried removing the device, readding, reconnecting to Google but I just keep getting an error that Google cannot connect to net home plus. *Edit* started working again! Good customer service with fast response times. Only giving it 4 in hopes it pushes them to integrate with Smartthings. That would simply be amazing and SOOOOO many people want it. Just Google Smartthings Nethome Plus .

All my devices just suddenly disappeared. What is that about? Now none of my devices will connect again. 5 Mini Split A/C units. Edit: After trying with 5 different Android phones, and miserably failing, I tried with a friend's iPhone. I was able to add 1 device. Having said that, it is evident your Android app is broken. I will add the remaining 4 devices via the iPhone and hope they don't disappear again.

You know it's bad when the app is stuck on "loading" permanently and will never get out of that screen. If I wanted an app that would only show me a "loading" screen, I'd make it myself using python. Unfortunately, I need an app that controls my lab's dehumidifier instead, which makes things a little complicated when this app aspires to be a dehumidifier control app and instead winds up being a loading screen app. So yeah... pretty bad.

Absolutely socks. I wouldn't even put 1 star on it. The app loads very slowly. I can't always login, some messge about the network not being good enough pops up. I get kicked off when another phone logs in. When I am logged in and turn a device on it will at times glitch and turn on a different device or just not turn on at all. A preset schedule will not always turn on and off as it is supposed to, it will just satay on or skip to the next preset. Try Sensibo Sky, an external device.
