Love the app for the most part. Fun games, they always pay quickly. The downside is if you stop playing for over 180 days. They cancel your acct completely. And it's annoying enough that you can't get your account and levels back, but you can't even start up a new acct with that email. You have to get a brand new email to start another one from scratch. Make sure to log in occasionally unless you're done with the app for good! Edit: bumped up to 4* bc you can play at your own pace for money here

It's good for those who often spend their time playing games often. Yet I feel there can still be improvements like the range of games that can be played. Or the audience the app is aimed towards when people are playing these games. Music games, puzzles, simulators, etc. But each is basic. If there were more game options, it would be a more engaging app for others and myself.

I've already cashed out twice, once to PayPal and once as an Amazon gift card. I've had no issues. I enjoy the games and variety. The only bug I've noticed since the interface update is if you launch a game from the homepage, it won't count towards your 15 minutes of play time unless you launch it from the events page. That's kind of annoying if I've already spent 20+ minutes in the game. Otherwise support has been helpful and quick to respond when I needed them. I highly recommend this app!

is there any way to turn the pop up bar off at the top? the "welcome back player/you have passed this level" bubble. it pops up every few minutes, interrupting timed events or kicking me out of the game completely. it is completely annoying and in the way, to the point where I just log out. I can't advance bcus of it. i can't win tournaments bcus of it. it's very frustrating.

After a phone update, my account suddenly became locked out. I've sent multiple appeal forms to have it fixed, but no reply whatsoever. Nothing in their terms of use was violated - it worked one day, the next it didn't. I guess it's because I had quite a bit of points accumulated and had I cashed it out, been able to get a decent amount of money. But thanks to awful service, this app has become redundant. If you plan on getting this app, cash out every chance you get.

I enjoy the different games. The one thing I absolutely don't like is that Mistplay does not close when the app is closed. Between the games and that issue it just completely drains my phone battery. I have to stay plugged in to play and have to go in to the app settings to shut down the app every time I stop playing. That plus the fact that if I uninstall a game it's not removed from the "keep playing" list.

As of late, if I try to download a game that ISN'T on the Mistplay front page recommendations (I have to search for it through search bar), I get stuck into this permanent loading screen. And the only way to get out is to back out of that particular game page. This isn't the case for all the games, but certainly enough where it feels extremely limiting. It's like I can't download any of the games I actually want to play, only the ones Mistplay wants me to play. Please fix this Mistplay team.

It does pay out in gift vouchers. The quickest way to earn is by constantly trying new, boosted games... And here's the rub, many of the games are glitchy and slow, or full of adverts. Frustrating. I keep going back because there are over or two games I really like.. but I've got to high levels so they hardly earn anything beyond the daily login.
