The app is extremely buggy and almost unusable. It freezes frequently, making it impossible to select different options. Even when you try to navigate or interact, nothing happens. This needs urgent fixing!

If in PR, use this app over others. The quality of the restaurants is top. The app is easy to use and friendly to the eyes. The last star is missing because It doesn't have a location map of restaurants for when orders are picked up rather than delivered. Never had a bad experience with it.

It offers a big variety of restaurants and services! Just wish that the tip could be included and that the customer service representative was more accessible. If my friend hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known that to contact them was through FB messenger...

I registered via Facebook and then I wasn't logged in. I tried again and got an error that I already have an account. I went to sign in and there was no Facebook button. Has anyone tested this app? How could you miss these bugs? It's very hard to use. The developer is really, really bad at his job.

Needs work is a significant understatment. If you want to take it to Uber Eats, make it WAY less buggy, Improve built in deliverer-client communication, fix your fee calculators (I only used it because it said it had no fees, but then they showed up on my bank statement). You get 1/4th of the Uber Eats functionality with the same price. Would not recommend as it

So I decided to give them a try after almost a year since the last time they kept messing up. Wrong orders, super late, bugs with the app. Made an order today, crossed my fingers and what happened... they messed up the order. Maybe I'll try another year from now 🙄🤷🏻♂️...

Uva has a great selection of restaurants and only two delivery speeds: Slow and SLOW AF! They randomly change drivers even when the driver has already arrived to pick up your order. So, if you're really hungry maybe it will be faster if you go out and get the food for yourself.

Used to be excellent, became trash. Waited 3 hours for an order, which the restaurant told us was ready in an hour, no answer from customer service. Gave them another chance while I was at work with a friend. Exactly same situation, only customer service said order was delivered when it wasn't! Have heard similar complaints from others, and they are deleting comments on FB and IG. Don't offer a service you can't provide adequately. Horrible customersupport.Deleted after multiple disappointments.
