idk weather it's my device or the app it all works but the camera is extremely laggy I can see a bit in my ear that's causing me a great deal of pain and can not get to it as the camera is too lazy for me to carefully get it, also don't understand how you get my device connected to the internet, using the rejauvan x3 pro and it says connected but no internet access, no tutorial on how to give it access

Rubbish of late. For the last two maybe 3 months it has literally just stopped working. The hardware is all charged up. It connects to the Wi-Fi but it won't give me any camera feed and every time I try the app just crashes and shuts down. I figure they've just given up on this hardware generation and expect us all to buy new stuff with a slightly different app 😔

App is needed for the endoscope I bought to work. In order for it to connect to my pixel 4a, I have to manually turn off roaming data, otherwise it refuses to load. Once I connect via Wi-Fi it works perfectly fine. I got a couple of requests to create an account with the company and an option to download their beta, but it seems to work without the sign up, at least for the moment.

When I bought this device in late 2022 the app worked great. For the last few months, the app continues to crash when I hit start and refuses to connect. I checked for updates but have the latest version. I even uninstalled the app and installed it again and it still won't work. The device is a waste of money if you can't see anything. The Amazon seller of this scope needs to provide a refund asap. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!

App worked perfectly for ages when I first bought it, last month or two it just keeps crashing! Now impossible to use. Tried everything, including uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Even tried on my wife's phone as has the exact same problem! Do not buy this device until this is fixed!

Just received, can't use, app crashes before starting I charged the device. I downloaded the app. I followed instructions. I connect to Bebird wifi Then the app crashes everytime I uninstalled the app & started over again the app crashes everytime before even activating the camera

So cool!!! Sometimes hard to connect to wifi but it's oddly awesome to see what's inside your ear as you clean them. Really does help with children who put up a fight. Let them hold the phone/tablet/laptop and see the mess inside thier ears. Plus you can take pictures for doctors or just to gross people out!!!

It worked fine the first time I installed and used the device. Now it won't connect to the internet and nothing I do and get it connected. It just says no internet but all my other devices are connected just fine to the internet.
