Horribly designed app unlike other efficient apps like bolt careem geeny. Information is in Arabic not English which is so annoying as not everyone can read Arabic. It's so hard to navigate this app. I couldn't find a way to cancel the ride or see my payment history. Extremely poor app. Prices aren't cheap either.

Time estimate is very bad, I can't add card to the app! Every time I get an error message... Something went wrong! New update! It deducted the amount without letting me do the top up process! That led me to pay double in cash and card as well! Because I didn't know the deduction. Also the customer service is very bad, I'm trying to call their phone number for over 10 times and they don't pick up! Thank you for your services.

What kind of servic is this ? They deduct, and the taxi ends the ride before it starts !! And the discouraging part is there is no complaint section in the application. I don't recommend using this as other options are .ore credible

Scammers first time to be stolen when i use my visa card through application they take money from my visa for a canceled trip and worest customer service they are useless , very bad application used for one time and will be the last time.

Worst app they charge 5 SR extra if you are paying by card and they don't alow you to use your balance in wallet if its not equivalent to your ride amount either. They require you to pay minimum SR 5 to wallet. They are scamming users they have charged me extra SR 5 for every ride I'm not using this app ever this is day light robbery

Worst support ever faced in other applications Don't use Card Payments When we are using Card Payment or Wallet Payment they are deducting More amount than the trip Amount. Raised to customer care but no response. After seeing my review Hope customer care can review the request.

One of the worst app i am waiting 2 drivers each one let me waiting for 20 minutes and asked me to cancel it's very obvious that the driver can do whatever they want with no i ne asking them why

worest app I book ride on the app it's shows 30riyal in the ride between driver has make accident, he do najam process it was taken 1½hr of time i loss my time, and after reach my destination it's shows 55 riyal for ride I ask to driver he's argue withe me that i need pay full ammount, after that i tried to reach customer support but in the app given number no one answered, and in Play Store I got number that's also not working. VEREY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
