Geofencing just doesn't work. This can cause serious security breaches. I'm not at home where as the app is saying I am. I therefore don't get any notifications or motion alerts. And when I'm home it says I'm away and begins recording and notifying me of an "intruder". Edit September 2024. The app hasn't changed. Still the same issues. Never had these issues with Nest.

When scrubbing through captured footage it will say "Decrypting from local storage" for about 30 seconds then it says " Unable to play live video". This makes watching footage very irritating. This happens to both my S220 SoloCams using data and on wifi. We have good wifi and one is directly next to the router. It's an issue with the app without a doubt. Automatic night vision is bad. Will return the cameras and try another brand if this doesn't get fixed within my return window.

Excessive Delays in Notification; Only worked well during the first few months and I've done everything suggested. I spent over an hour yesterday, deleted it, reinstalled but same. They keep saying Sorry, contact us ... But Nothing is changing. I missed calls even when at home, forget when out; so what's the purpose as a Security device? Soo frustrating!

1- The notification is not consistent, and the step by step instructions is outdated, that I can't find any of the options in my settings nor the app itself ... 2-Very slow, loading is not consistent plus misses some videos if you don't refresh many many times and that will get you in trouble thinking nothing else was there, 3- plus it is not users friendly, specifically the slection of videos to delete 'just frustrating'.

Works good most of the time. However, the custom notification sounds no longer work on the latest update, it goes to the default phone notification sound. So now you have no idea if someone it at your door or it's a notification from another app without looking at your phone screen. Please fix this ASAP.

1. Scrolling in playback is as bad as it gets. 2. Very poorly implemented motion zones editor. Keeps dragging the whole area instead of working with a corner point. Very frustrating to use for precise editing. 3. Does not show accurate IP address information when address changes. 4. No way to power off camera through the app 5. No pre-roll, so motion detection is always late 6. No continues recording either. 7. Event calendar still shows/marks days where all videos were already deleted.

This app is great. But our wired doorbell app has been offline for days and it keeps telling me my correct wifi password is not correct. I've tried to call Eufy and the message says they have a high call volume and to try my call later and hangs up. I've tried the app support link and it does not connect me with any support person or live chat, like no one is available or maybe the servers are down, idk. Not sure what is happening with Eufy but we need some help to get our camera working again.

Push notifications show activity but when you go to see videos, they are not there. Can't downlaod video! The absolute worst! Don't buy Eufy if you haven't already! Support is useless! I have recordings on my devices that I cannot access. Separate storage have the SAME time period gap! It can be 1 of 2 things. An App or Update problem. All I get are polite emails that do nothing! Last videos of a loved one are there but inaccessible!! And now, custom notification sounds don't even work!!!!
