Still the most extensive sudoku app out there. Huge selection of puzzles, great analyser, strong hint system, and love the ability to automatically add pencil marks for the more complex puzzles. The one thing I would say is that the step from "Fiendish" to "Nightmare" is a bit steep. Otherwise perfect.

Great App apart from statistics aren't right. I have only played the first 18 puzzles so far but statistics says game completed is 35! Not a big issue but definitely something not right there. Update. Cannot play at all after latest update! Cloud sync caused app to crash, now it opens briefly then closes. Please fix this now!

I used to rate this 5 stars but I just changed it to 3; I updated the app & am greatly annoyed that I did so. Who said the menu was cluttered?! Have you, the developer tried playing it as it is now? It sucks & greatly slows game play!!! Yes it was a long menu but so what? I had memorized everything on that long menu that i needed & it was quick & easy to use, now I have click through 2 menus to get to assistance, which I use ALL the time. This WAS a terrific game, if it ain't broke don't fix it!

It is very enjoyable and addictive.Probably the best sudoku app .The user functionality is second to none. The only petty improvement I would like is if there was a search element for a particular technique.For example I want to practise games with "sue de coq."I want to be able to conduct a search to list all the games with that technique only without having to search analysis during play .

Its okay, not great though. Number switching can be outright annoying and can get you twisted up easily since clues will auto disappear once you enter the number in. Another issue is numbers if they're all used should be disabled from being entered. Currently while yes the number is colored green, it's still available to be put into the puzzle. So improvements in making the number selection more fluid and natural and not requiring different taps would be wonderful.

I love that there are no ads in this version. But the newer settings makes a player go thru a few steps to get to helps where it used to be one step. The biggest complaint is that it doesn't let you reset all the games you've played over again. I love the Moderate ones, but have played them all. I uninstall the app and then reinstall it. But it doesn't reset all games over again. Instead of 5 sets of 250 Moderate games each, I only get 184 games total.

I would have given this app 5 stars up until yesterday but it quit working on me completely. I try opening it and it closes immediately. I cleared the cache and the same thing happened. I cleared the data and it worked for a while then my phone rebooted and now it will not work at all. I don't like that for something that I paid for. I hope I'm able to get it back after I uninstall and reinstall.

The gameplay is great. BUT... The statistics are completely bugged. It lets the timer run while the game is closed. The timer stops completely randomly, resulting in 5 second and 2 days and more, ruining any stats this app has. 1 pt for gameplay. 4 pts for defects. Update: now the app is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE because it's bugged out. Sucks.
