This app was so-so. Often the auto fill would not recognize the website and I would have to manually open 1Password and retrieve my username and password. Several Logins I created saved as Login without the attached business/website. I could see date they were created, process of elimination to figure which account matched. This is frustrating! Most frustrating of all is that I paid my annual subscription through Google 10/26, but 1Password still has my account frozen until I renew! UNUSABLE!

I love 1pass, have been using it through years, multiple phones, multiple desk&laptops. One feature I really feel is missing is a merge feature so websites & apps don't pull up individually or I have to search depending on the platform. Yes, I can copy the websites from one to the other, hense why I'm asking for this.

Great app. However, I can open it easily. Yet when wanting to load a password into another program it asks again that I type in the 1Password number again even though it is open in my phone or computer. That is frustrating. I wish you would change that repetitive, and unnessary, step. Thanks.

1password now asks to update username and password every time autofill is used. Even if the credentials aren't changing. VERY annoying. Of course that pop up itself can't be specifically disabled as it's all built into a single autofill setting in which turning off affects the ability to use any of the autofill features. I just want the prompt to stop popping up. Fix it and my review will change to positive since this is my only negative with this app\service.

Work well, in fact I'd say the app is almost perfect. I wish the v8 would come with a keyboard that could be used to manually fill in the fields when auto detection does not get triggered. Feature request: extract OTP codes from SMS messages on the phone and make them available on other devices where 1Password is installed.

Always I have to go to the app by myself (usually on PC). I go to the app and click on the 1password autofill and search the item but it doesn't show up. And I just realized, it only searches by the name of the item, not by the website. The thing is that a lot of the items named just "Login" because it's default and I don't feel like naming them all the time.. why can't you make it search by the name or the website. Doesn't it make sense? Sry for the terrible english

I recently switched to 1Password from LastPass after years of letting my LastPass subscription renew and not thinking about it. I was aware of the data breaches LastPass had suffered, but I amazingly didn't look into changing managers because I thought things were still fairly secure and LastPass was still a decent manager. When I saw that 1Password would pay me the cost of my LastPass renewal to get me to switch, I thought, why not. The password fill-in is seamless. I am very glad I switched.

Great in theory, but doesn't work. Requires entering password all the time on both windows and Android regardless of settings. I've even followed the "reset" advice on the support website, which doesn't work, but even if it did, one shouldn't have to toggle a setting off and turn it back on in order for it to work. If biometrics is enabled, it should work, but it doesn't (on Android) and if Windows Hello is selected on Windows, that should work, but it often requires me entering my password.
