Doesn't show the name of the Bluetooth devices and where im at it brings up about 30 devices. none with names. Just BT addresses. idk which one it is and everytime I click on it and it's wrong, I go back and it's all in a different order again.... So thanks Serta for making a trash app.

I am giving 3 stars because I had so much trouble setting it up. I read the reviews, someone said to make sure the location on your smart device is on.. after I did that it connected to bluetooth finally... It works well but I dont like having my location on to use the app and I dont like that there were no instructions to help with set up.

UPDATE 07/2024: App no longer connects to my bed. | Original review, 11/2017: I can't sleep and need the head lowered, but don't want to wake my sleeping partner by rummaging through our drawer of remotes. Thank goodness there's an app for that! Setup and installation altogether took maybe 2 minutes. Set up was so easy. Turned on app, allowed permissions, it found my base immediately without any further actions needed from me, and immediately responded to button presses. So awesome!

App started out good. But it hasn't worked for the last 2 days. Is there any tech help? I did uninstall and reinstall the app. It still doesn't work. The best part about this is my bed is in the flat position, but now I'm have problems sleeping with the bed flat. I would replace the remote, but that is too expensive. Please fix this app.

Need to do an update Serta?!? It connected for 2 seconds then disconnected there are some bugs you guys should send an update for the Serta Motion Perfect III Adjustable power base. Last updated was in 2016, its almost 2020. Anyone know how to fix this issue on a 1600 base that wont work properly?

This app has helped us since day one. when I lost my remote to my bed. It works just like my remote. I don't get ads sent to me while using this app. It's not like some apps where u can use it a few times then they offer u a subscription that u will need to pay for In order to keep using the app. This app is free & deserves a 5☆rating I don't understand the negative reviews on here nor believe them. If anyone reads this make sure ur Bluetooth box under ur bed is plugged-in to the wall and bed.

Worst physical remote control ever has this equally horrible app. I WILL NOT buy Serta again until a good app exists, with home automation integration. PLEASE PLEASE just give us the code and we'll make an open source app that is awesome. But when an app is outsourced like this, it's a conflict of interest - nobody has incentive to make the app better, since it would eat into remote control sales.

Help It's late and I can't get the Bluetooth to connect. It's worked fine for months, but when I am sick and need to lower the head it suddenly says there's a Bluetooth issue. I turned on every permission . This is a nightmare.
