I've had people come numerous times that didn't have change, even when I put the amount of money I'll be paying with in before ordering. That just happened again which is why I decided to make a review. The man said we were judging him and cancelled the order. I tried to file a complaint but there's no option to do so on the application. Also there's no language options. So ya, room for improvement with this app for sure.

Super buggy, stopped working entirely after the last update. Was only refunded partly for items I never received, the search function is abysmal, at this point I'd rather use competitors that charge extra than have to deal with this app

I use this app all the time but something happened recently and it is almost completely unusable. It sometimes takes several minutes just to go through the process of odering a meal. I counted it just now and it took over 2 minutes just to change the amount of the propina for my order. In general the android app is trash and they should just throw it out and start completely over. edit: now my cards aren't working. I'm done with this app. I would give less than 1 start if I could

It couldn't work worse if it try it, it takes for ever to enter the app, then choose a restaurant and the food and even more time when you want to order it, I don't know why it's taking so long to load but it's awful and more times than not it makes me so mad that I end up not ordering anything, I hate it

They work for the most part but the costs are really high..however the service is close enough to top tier majority of the time. There are hiccups but since the last update, it has been smooth. Keep up the good work

Terrible! Once they charged for the food and it was canceled, no way to recovered the money payed by credit card. Now, one item was not delivered, it was informed immediately, instead of trying to fixed, I got a itecket with les than one third of the value of the product missing. Absurd!

Buggy as hell. Can't track multiple orders. Pictures don't display properly sometimes. No way to communicate easily with shops you order from. App will consistently say your order will be delivered within 20 to 30 minutes even when it takes 2+ hours. Very poorly developed app. They should take a page from eleme or meituan.

I wish there were a way to sort through all the options more efficiently. sometimes I spend an hour looking through hundreds of restaurants and I never end up ordering anything. many times, it's simply faster to walk outside and buy something to eat and come home. I also don't like service charges and tips that are added to the total.
